See. All talk, you and your union busting leonidas buddies. Wait till the rest of the east new hires see what you think of them too. I'll be meeting with them in the new hire classes next month. They're east "scabs" too for taking "your jobs".

I'm the same guy on this board as any of the other sites (same call sign). I have even been called by name on this board. I have had dinner & beverages w/ Guther in CLT. While still a rookie FO, I have NEVER encouraged the denial of the jump seat. As a lifetime commuter I have ALWAYS supported the use of the jump seat for any qualified rider. Having had a number of easties on the hotseat..an adult conversation is most usual. We here in the west just don't understand how any east thinks the courts will overturn a final and binding seniority award. We will not capitulate and give you what you seem to think you are entitled to. We are funded and prepared to finish this in the courts (even if we have to help you pay for your side of the argument). See you in the jump seat, Pops. I'll buy the first round of prune latte's. 🙂

I'm the same guy also. I somehow have this strange occasional urge to return to this forum. It must be "spawning" season.

We here in the East just don't understand how any west thinks they'll get the courts will overturn a legally final and binding ratification by vote. Oh, that's right, it's not ripe until we......WAIT FOR IT......VOTE! Explain to the new hires why DOH is good for them but not good for everyone else.

We will not capitulate and give you what you seem YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TOO.

We are funded, JUNIOR, thanks for the money, BTW, also required by.....LAW.

I'll be in the CAPTAIN SEAT son, good luck"!

Exactly nothing? With every equipment bid ALL USAirways pilots are allowed to exercise their pre-merger seniority. USAPA can't arbitrarily promote one group over another but they will protect what you have. Some people feel entitled to third having never stepped in the batters box.

In ten years it won't matter much whether we have a DOH list or not- most of you will be gone and the rest of us will bury your anger with you. You see, you're a bitter soul who knows in the end time is on my side, as well as the law. Even in a worse case scenario for me we keep you at $124 an hour NB captain pay for ten years until you either drop dead or wave the white flag from your bankruptcy contract. Asheville really is beautiful, the Grove Park Inn has such a majestic view. I am happy with how things are looking for me going forward. As each year passes I lose nothing- I will inherit the fruits of your sacrifices regardless of what happens - and a DOH list isnt in the cards. Time to enjoy the view, the 330 ( and maybe even the 350) will be fun to fly. All the best to you.
