Amen to that my eastie brother! Just like it did during the Addington trial! The truth shall set you free (although quite likely to raise the BP of the AFO (east, of course) club.

DOHDOA......TNWBSDYTSFYCRIOYBS.

What ever you do, be sure to keep lettiing el presidente file all those important lawsuits. You clearly have the money to burn. Merger fund! Pish posh.......the AA fellows will truly embrace the "gold standard".......right? You really just can't fix stupid.

You mean like all the name calling and finger pointing the east has done over the years toward ALPA? Got it.

ALPA shill! ALPA sux! ALPA gave my pension away! ALPA screwed us with the Nic. ALPA, ALPA, ALPA... Yup. Lots of name calling and finger pointing. That explains the behavior. Thanks for your honesty. Now go have a talk with your buddy Nos.
Here comes the dysfunctional cross bearer.....

The bottom 330 Capt. has a DOH of mid 81'; so about 30 years. The senior 330 Capt was hired in early 73'; so around 38 years. Probably hasn't changed much.

The bottom 330 F/O has a DOH of mid 88; so about 23 years. The senior F/O's on the 330 could be blockholding Capt's anywhere and are there for quality of life so are not a good reference.

Thanks for that. It was just a curiosity thing. To me the 330 is a pretty machine to appreciate when it taxis by, but I've had zero thoughts in my head of ever flying it. Being a captain on one I suppose may come to a few eventually, but not to most of us.

My FO on this trip said that he had gotten some sort of email regarding an update on Kasher's LOA93 timeline. Anyone have that or see anything on it?

Thx

"USAPA Paralegal Cathy McHale contacted Arbitrator Kasher in order to ascertain his availability to preside over potential hearings in the fall and winter of 2011 and 2012. During their conversation, Mr. Kasher volunteered to her that he was "back in business." He reported that he was recovering from major surgery and, in case anyone asked, he knew that he owed USAPA a couple of decisions. He stated that it was his plan to complete that work in the next couple of months. As you are aware, Arbitrator Kasher currently has two issues before him: MEC 06-08-04 Hotel Selection Criteria and BPR 09-06-02 Revisions to Hourly Pay Rates (LOA 93)."

Okay, I get the DOHDOA, but you are going to have to clue me on the rest. First two words and I can probably get the rest.

Here's my guess:

The Nic Will Be Shoved Down Your Throat So Far You Can Read It On Your Back Side

I actually disagree with that. I think the stalemate will continue until the west pilots decide to do the hard work of regaining control of pilot labor and remove USAPA.

Heck, even Kenny Rogers' Coward of the County, Tommy eventually stopped and locked the door! 😛

The junior east 33 captain is R.M. Fogarty.

On the Nicolau list Fogarty was number 517.

Out Senior captain is number 521 on the nicolau list. How many did you say could fly the 330? Ferris is still junior after 6 years.

Answer this. How many east pilots are flying the 330 that did not come from Piedmont? How many WB did US Air have before that merger?

I think it will be all over pretty soon.
