I got a better idea, since we are bringing up money left on the table. Go to the USAPA web site, and look at the case against the AWAPPA guys. The addresses are there in PHX. Do a ZILLOW check on the addresses. Talk about losing money! Mr. Ahern hasn't lost anything near to this one! 68% of Phoenix homes underwater. Highest in the NATION.

Serious question. I know you have absolutely no doubt that the west will win, but do you ever stop to think what the cost of your method will be?

Aqua and the West pilots will be fine. What we are seeing now with the anger from aqua and from the PHX crew news is a normal reaction to the realization of the the loss of the Nicolau windfall combined with other perceived losses. It is a good sign to see them moving from denial to anger which will lead them eventually to acceptance and moving forward with their lives. We have all been there and have suffered our own painful losses and know the feeling of discovering the fact that there are no guarantees in aviation.

If I could presume to sum up the goals of the East pilots they would be:

• Improve the now dangerously thin margin of safety of the airline
• Obtain an industry standard contract with improvements for all pilots
• Reach a fair and equitable seniority integration with no windfalls to either side or as an alternative remain separate until the seniority problem goes away naturally with time
  

Achieving these goals would be a win for everyone except those with selfish interests seeking to profit by the losses of others. With the West pilots along with management rowing in the opposite direction to these goals it will just take a little longer to reach the finish line.

And yet we keep flying people to and through (nearly full airplanes) PHX every single day. SWAL keeps flying people to and through PHX every single day. So what. LAS is also have a difficult time with housing......and again our aircraft going to and through LAS are quite FULL>

Do you ever get tired of LYING all the time (who's going to jail this week?)? Do you ever get tired of being el presidente's lackey? Luv, why don't you try them big boy pants on and relize that the Nicolau seniority list is the ONLY list that will survive the DOH paper chase?

You got it all wrong why most of the east posters left. It was the Aqua meltdown and the "FUK" this and that. All coming from the meltdown of the one who founded Leonidas and spent the 2 million. His pending deposition and trial are blowing his head gasket! He is obviously stressing massively. We will all most likely take a nice summer break from the "FUK" stuff-and the Clown King. that is, until Mr. Kasher comes calling. Tune in that day friends. It is going to be a great one! Smarter? You're kidding, right? Jerry's Kids (DiOrio, Davis & Colello) are single handedly ripping the negotiations all by themselves.

As you recall, the "Kirby Proposal" is on the table (according to Parker). The Kirby proposal is basically the AWA contract with wage improvements (albeit only 3%). The NAC is trying to use the sick bank vs. the industry leading AWA STD system. They have also told the west check airmen that the west must COME DOWN to the wages earned like the east (as it is industry standard).

We are divided because one group refuses to abide by a merger process. We remain dead locked because one group has given union control to the some of the junior most east pilots. We remain in our present contracts because of the perception that when you change CBA's you can do anything you want.

Jerry don't need no help from Jerry's Kids. It's just that simple.

The slow down in Philly. Just another west delusion. What proof do you have? PROOF.

If there is a slow down it is due to the fact that maybe some of the other employee groups are seeing through the bull**** the company has been feeding us all and they are no longer doing their jobs 100% plus. Bottom line is you can't expect your employess to put out more than 100% forever unless you are going to compensate them properly.

You're cashing a 1999 paycheck and it's 2011, how's the current attitude and approach working for you? Three years ago is a lifetime ago. I KNOW there are quality of life and career advancement issues., but doesn't it bother you that Doug's bonus is directly tied to how little he can get away with paying you and everyone else?

Suppose he pulls a merger with AA out of his assets and you end up hosed by AA? This goes out to the rest of the class. Today's vocabulary is:
