US Pilots Labor Discussion

Well, you realized all that RISK you were specifically warned about. ALPA itself did its' part to tell you, it would never come true. So they were correct. You have essentially islanded yourselves, with no chance of integration with the Nicolau. McIlvenna was clearly told what would happen by the ALPA cadre. It came true. Your ALPA leaders essentially handed off all leadership to Leonidas by not listening and removing ALPA from all properties involved. Nicolau means nothing now in this seniority battle. ALPA specifically told McIlvenna that risk. The 9th clearly said that. Harm is now the only constraint.
Well you were told you would have an industry standard doh contract in 90 days, how's that working out for you?

Every west pilot has gone backwards since the merger, yet you want to use post merger numbers that benefit your position, doesn't work that way. Because of the east we have furloughed hundreds and downgraded hundreds more, yet you wish to look at todays numbers, not pre merger numbers. BTW on the west list I was 25 from 757 captain in 2005, today I am 200 from that same position, all thanks to you and your east buddies.

No my friend, thanks to the merger and the east, you only had to slip that far. Absent those two things, it would have been much worse. You were just hoping the nic would help you sustain what AWAs no longer sustainable business model would. It's why you are so angry. Just keep on living in the fantasy world of what was.

Hit a nerve there, didn't I?

Hey, you made yourself look stupid, don't blame me. I'm typing on a two inch screen, what's your excuse?
How about it, you're an AFO, right? Little captain envy going on?

Senior to you old guy...

And that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Oh, and btw- two inch screens don't make spelling errors, stupid people that are too angry to think straight make spelling errors.

Who warned us? Your boy Prater? Look, Nicolau preserved our seniority and even though you are pissed you didn't get your land grab (and never will) you still did just fine with Nicolau. Learn to live with it, or if you want stay on LOA 93 for the remainder of your careers. That choice is yours to make, the west is along for the ride at this point. Enjoy your work rules...

Hey, I'm called a baby over here! You may be senior to me, someday, what's your Doh? But not now because you aren't on our list.

Come in, fess up, F/O, right?

Jealousy does not become you

Wow so let me get this straight, AWA had 1600 furloughed pilots and was on bk2 about to liquidate and usair was hiring, is that correct? Again after we were one company the pilot group moves together up or down, but because the east has forced separate ops the west has only moved down since the merger, not before. So you still stand behind the usapa lie about ef's position?

FO by choice. Mr. 1987 hire, junior reserve captain...
And the funny thing is I make more than you do at the end of the year!

Got my DOH wrong there sweetness. Show me yours and I will show you mine!

I'm not waving any flag to say it's unfair, but to show the lurkers how full of it you guys are when you run your mouths about how fair it was, how all you guys wanted was what you brought etc. And that AOL has lied and cannot be blindly trusted. I learned the
hard way through personal experience.
I didn't say the Nicolau Award was fair, I said it was the product of an agreed upon process. US Air was days from completely grinding to a stop. Fair would be to place Randy McNerlin at #2. Leonidas and our legal team have been truthful and professional since day one.

If you would take the time to stop drinking the Cleary-ade, you may eventually get it. Time & the law are on our side. We have been damaged by USAPA's actions, but I believe we will ultimately prevail. It's gonna take a big parachute to lessen the effect of the fall you may be in for......

Have a wonderful day.

You guys have been told over and over again about what was coming for you. You won't /can't accept the truth.

You are the one that said they lied. I asked you to show me the data. You wouldn't. The data I found showed him right where USAPA said he was, about 85% of the west list. I'm still willing to look at your numbers.

So you are saying that AOL's media kit claim about what the west pilot's seniority proposal was is true? Even after I showed it to you? There ya go folks, that says it all!

No clearyaid consumed here, and he would verify that. Just listening and comparing.

A good day to you too sir.

PIB is extremely skewed in his thinking... He tries to pass himself off as a moderate but the truth is he was hired at a tender young age and his cookie crumbled after two bankruptcies and a near death liquidation. Now he wants it all back at our expense and he can't figure out why we won't play along.

Something about snot and nose going together...

Eric is at 85%, how is it possible that original west pilots are furloughed when none were date of merger and yet the east has new hires? Oh yeah, the east pilots forced separate ops and have stolen west positions, then use the west stagnation has proof of the windfall the west got even though they caused said stagnation. Let me ask you, why is dave o'dell furloughed when he had a job in '05, and yet after the merger is complete he loses said job while the furloughed east guy in '05 now has a job?
