The reality is: the Nicolau does not go away. The reason we have to wait for a final product is because "how" the union got to that final product will be analyzed, ergo the question USAPA is going to have to explain is WHY they got the result they did. That my friend invariably leads back to the majority's dissatisfaction with the Nicolau. Once already you had a federal judge a jury decide that deviating from an arbitration result because the majority did not like it was NOT a legitimate union objective.

We'll do it again in DFRII, and the company knows it. Hence, their declaratory action.

Believe what you want. I got two decades plus left. How much time do you have?

Believe what YOU want, the law isnt your forte. I have More than enough time, eleven to be exact. But that shouldn't be your concern. The question you should be asking yourself is how much time left, after all this ends, will you have, to make up for the time lost.

Not everyone, but you, yeah. You tell me what YOU did to save my job and why I should thank ANY westie. West pilots have done nothing but drag my career down.

Wouldn't that be "a grammar text"? I'm not much of a writer, but my genius, Journalism/Mass Communications and History major daughter, from one of North Carolina's best universities, is. I will check with her if you like.

My alma mater, Northwestern, is running $45k a year now . . . just about the exact amount East captains could have had four years ago before the East pulled out of negotiations, formed their own union, and reopened every damned section. I'm guessing Duke is about the same as NU for tuition.

Yeah, just a math major though. At NU the School of Communication was for those who wanted to skate into jobs that convinced people to do stuff that they wouldn't normally do.
