My point is 20-30 out of 1800 is not exactly a scab epidemic or infestation.
Are you familiar with Dan Cloud the father of all scabs of the west pilots? I could send you the link. West pilots look up to him.
 
Boy, you must be the dumbest one out there, my grandmother could of made this place profitable, the employees did that pal, along came "Projectjet Zanzibar" as per Kirby and the West latched on to our coat tails. Now Parker is running this place into the ground. seems to be Parkers M.O. run it down and move on to the next airline and run that into the ground. Gary Kelly is laughing at this management team along with the rest of the industry. Happy Easter!!!!!!!

Luv, don't you ever read the stuff you post? You're so damn gullible!!! Guess that's why you're such a USAPA lover.

Let's hit this post on a few points:

1. Its FUD spread by the DPA which is a group of Delta pilots trying to remove ALPA from the property. So right there you need to take what they write with a grain of salt.

2. The Airtran lawsuit asks for $200,00/pilot per count. There are 9 counts in the lawsuit so that would be a minimum of $1.8 million/pilot.

3. Airtran's lawsuit doesn't have merit and it it goes beyond the motion for summary judgement it'll by luck only. If it does get past that, it'll be YEARS before anything happens. And that's not including the appeals. So any thought about the bankruptcy by ALPA is extremely premature.

4. DPA is being represented by, wait for it, LEE SEHAM.

5. DPA was founded by, wait for it, angry furloughed FO's.


So take a chill luv and goes wash your shorts.

Rising costs, stagnation, etc, you'll find the love slipping from LUV pretty fast.

Don't confuse (and you're easily confused) being able to get paid well with being loved and cared for. SWA could afford to do this because of their hedges and in return got a HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE pilot group.

That's no longer the case.

What is more stupid is to cling to your wet dream that will end up being your new nightmare. You have chased your "win" so long, with no chance of getting it that you went right into a merge scenario with it still not attained. Nice move. You claim the AA merge is around the corner. Yet you still have no deal in a joint contract. Stupidest move ever. It will never happen now, kind of like your Davidson wet dream. The eastern group has an excellent chance of end running you now. The AA pilots absolutely want the older group to be the highest seniority, as they will soon leave. You have yet to figure that logic out. Too late, like your NC dream. Last I looked your U Haul was trashed in Kansas.
Actually Claxon, Nic is alive and well. This merger will use the Nic to integrate the east and west pilot group with the APA's list.

No there is not, only on the west side, google the master scab list no USAir pilots are on it.!!!

False statement....

You do realize that the scab list is arranged by the airline at which the scabbing occured? For instance the usapa communications scab is listed as having scabbed at Continental.

LGA and PIT are kind of sucking wind, don't ya think? And according to the easties, we've gotten 24% of their flying.

What's up with that?

The 24% flying quote was a fabrication the company employed during the TA-10 grievence. The company was trying to show that they did not violate West min block, which we all know they did in order to disproportionately furlough from the West. The company lost the grievence years ago, yet usapa and the scab Parella have failed to collect for the West pilots.

Once the appeals board is staffed by the West, my suggestion would be for the West to file a grievence against Parella, Cleary and the east members of the BPR, seeking their banishment from usapa membership and an immediate resolution of the TA-10 damages from the company.

Very interesting post.

Scab Claxon is trying to out Move2, however I think he has the wrong guy.


I think it really bothers Claxon that even a "Trans States" pilot has a better career expectation than a furloughed easthole who is trying to scab an AWA pilots job.

Maybe he can get the ACME scab equiptment supply company to sell him a clue.
