why should they?
when and if (a term used so dearly regarding your cherished card count)the time and information shall come forth,but as has already been stated......it won't need to be that way as we already,through a rather interesting and unique set of circumstances ;become aware of the card total at IBT and have no immediate need to fear any chance of a runoff now or in the future. 😉

As the time comes near for the East to have to make up there minds if they want to stay IAM for 3 years with the Pay/Benefits/Overtime/Holidays/Vacation AND The BIG ONE,"INSURANCE" to stay as it is, OR go IBT and GET MORE NOW!!
WE ALL know the West has better Pay/Benefits/Overtime/Holidays/Vacation/401K AND The BIG ONE,"INSURANCE" And for a Older Work force this one item alone can mean a lot.

cards drive has passed any "bump" and is dwindling away....like i said before,you don't have them now and you won't have them when NMB drops the shoe.
east will be working under their contract either way until 2009 anyhow,anyway.
