That was certainly some truly "heroic integrity" and "valor" soaked "knights" behavior that "you'se" widdle "army" demonstrated there. Sign me off as entirely unimpressed.

It's a troubled little planet we live on, and all of us could use some more good laughs on any given day. 😉
 
P.S. Don't "spartan"-up and just send poor little Susi and her kids instead...umm..."soldier"....and please do make sure to proudly sport a "Liberty" tie for best video effects. "You'se" would naturally, I'd think, wish to permanently show the world just who you really are and what you're made of for even purely harmless, recreational flying...Right? Frantic cries of "But! appears totally committed to a particular seniority regime, it is not possible to determine the viability of any claim for breach of the duty of fair representation until a particular seniority regime is ratified. When the collective bargaining agreement is finalized, individuals will be able to determine whether USAPA’s abandonment of the Nicolau Award was permissible, i.e. supported by a legitimate union purpose. Thus, the best “declaratory judgment” the Court can offer is that USAPA’s seniority proposal does not automatically breach its duty of fair representation.3

nevergiveup, Really?  It is required to either pay dues (or the objector slightly lesser alternative).  IMHO paying the full dues was better, as it allowed you the protection of the collective bargaining agent in all matters (even if USAPA didn't like it).  It's either that or get fired for non-payment of dues.  What a STUPID question.

I thought I saw a video of a meeting where several west pilots said they would never pay USAPA dues, is that a lack of integrity or were they just stupid?

And it didn't half to be east or west to prevent the contract. It could have been something all of the FOs disliked and they could have voted it down as well, or perhaps a low airbus pay rate and they would have voted it down. Any type of majority.

I think EastCheats is more likely of the belle femme persuasion and extremely immature at that, but perhaps I've just been fooled by her/his posting style and "cute" coefficient, by way of cartoons/etc and generally "precious" presentations.
