Pauley is not an FO anymore ... keep up.... while you guys have been stagnant in PHX... we have been upgrading all our guys you have been trying to screw with the NIC. And we will have all our guyd in the left seat before this is finished.
Enjoy what you have created
"We did it to ourselves"

"We need to take responsibility"

"We were offered the NIC yet turned it down"

NIC OR NOTHING BABY!!!!!!

"Looking back, that offer must look like a home run to any West pilot right now"

Another long hot stagnant summer in PHX.

One guy on the APA board posed the question, would the West pilots not fight / sue over the coming arbitration.  Our response?  Why NO, we didn't the last time.

.

Was that the guy who helped screw over the TWA, Air Cal and Reno boys?

EastUS;
Look, gramps, why don't you just go buy another bottle of Maddog & step away from the key board.  There's you challenge.

Here's another challenge:  KEEP YOUR WORD.  Your bargaining agent represented you in a FINAL AND BINDING SENIORITY ARBITRATION.  You as such are bound by the tenets of that arbitration.  USAPA can not pick / choose which tenets, side letters, and rulings it wishes.  As Judge Silver said,  USAPA missed being held liable by a VERY THIN margin.

Look, Mike, you might be a nice guy to get a drink with, go boating with, etc.  When it comes to INTEGRITY, you have NO CLUE.

No don't forget:  The ONLY seniority list for the combined US Airway pilots is on Doug Parker's desk (it's not missing, it's not DEAD, it's not expired).  I wonder what master plan FO Pauley has to explain the departure from a product that ALL parties agreed to?  I wonder what logic (fairness?) he will employ to convince the arbitration panel that using three lists or a hybrid is the "gold standard".

Sleep tight Sky King.  I know all is safe with you at the "helm".  - NOT.
west pilots have been sold a bill of goods by PHX domicile reps. This statement of " THE LIST " being on Parker's desk is interesting, and if it were, why does the west need a merger committee?

November 11, 2008 (Q&A in Phoenix with Doug Parker)

Pilot: . . . . My question though is I was at the hearing for the furloughed guys and one of the possibilities they were discussing is moving 190s to the west and cant do that. You know why.

Parker: Why

Pilot: Binding arbitration. So the company believes in binding arbitration. We have a binding arbitration for seniority. Does the company believe in binding arbitration or not?

Parker: The binding arbitration youre talking about I think Im pretty sure what you are talking about that was an ALPA process that resulted in binding arbitration. That wasnt a company process. Thats ALPA to ALPA seniority integration that says if you cant get it resolved we go to binding arbitration is ALPA policy not company policy. If the companys in binding arbitration, yea we believe in binding arbitration.

In the US Airways America West case, it went to binding arbitration but there was a requirement as part of that that the two unions negotiate a joint contract with the company, which wasnt done yet.

And because it wasnt done yet, the side that didnt like it could prevent a joint contract from getting done. And because of that, the seniority integration never happened."

LIAR. CHEAT. THIEF.

Arbitrated by a past union between 2 unions, as an internal Union proposal , but as the ALPA and the 9th affirmed they do not know what a combined list will look like because that proposal was never bound to the company in a "Ratified contract" no contract no list 2 dfr's later your ties still look miserable,at a tremendous cost and time well marches on, is the bid out?

Mr. Parker still has the Nicolau Seniority List. It's the only arbitrate list of the US Airways pilots. Period.
Misery, cost & delay are all you have achieved.
He keeps it in the bathroom, I'm sure it replaces his TP.

"Misery, cost & delay are all you have achieved"...........HUH? Seriously? We are happy, we are not buying 675 dollar ties and delays, no hurry at all boy, get it yet.

Your dumbest post to date, but hey we all have them..

NIC OR NOTHING!!!!!!!
