Really?
No one at USAPA is doing a fundraiser. They have $15M (according to you guys) and don't need to raise funds.
You plan to sue USAPA until the $15M "well is dry", and then keep suing them? Really!?!?
Listen to your own face screaming at you... "You cut past the root of your nose a very long time ago and you now are leaking gray stuff."
A criminal can say he has $15 million until he faces a judge. Don't forget your court date in June with Judge Conrad. 😉

We don't need it.  We have $11 mil in the bank that you guys can't get your hands on no matter how hard you sue.  Don't forget to invite Marty and Andy to dinner.
Is it $11 or $15 million? We'll know after the audit. 😉

So...What's the latest "T-minus" countdown clock for the coming apocalypse set for today?
Marty sells like a car salesman... The "T-minus clock" was a monthly subscription like satellite radio.. The free trial period is over and the West is too cheap to renew. They have a Princess working diligently on it.

Don't bother them with the facts. They'd rather talk about countdown clocks and complain about Marty.

You do realize that USAPA's rights and authority under MB have never been briefed or litigated, do you not? The lawsuit you are now pursuing may very well result in the establishment of USAPA's full rights pursuant to MB, via another binding court order compliments of another AOL "Chimney Demolition Fail".

Regrettably but inevitably, there will be perceived disparities and mismatches by individuals on both sides under the merged list. George Nicolau's four basic verities of ISL arbitration are as apt and vital today as they were nearly a quarter of a century ago: each case turns on its own facts; the objective is to make the integration
fair and equitable; the proposals advanced by those in contest rarely meet that standard; and the end result, no matter how crafted, never commands universal acceptance.

Another clever video clip....

“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript.  The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension.  The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.”  No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”    US AIRWAVES article; June/ July 2000. Never been briefed or litigated. Maybe there's a reason for that. No case .

We need to raise hell about this with the APA.

It's time to shut this circus down and run those usapasses out of town.

Right over your head.  Your current lawsuit to force USAPA's to relinquish its $15M will by necessity include the question of USAPA's authority to retain it.  The rights and authority pursuant to MB will be front and center.

Isn't it time for the West to once again grieve the accuracy of the yearly seniority list?

Chop, chop.

Yes it is.  Get Marty to sue!!! and start another lawsuit challenging the authority and responsibility of USAPA pursuant to MB.
