Trader vs PiBrat

Trader gets hammered because daddy gets him a job. PiBrat's daddy gets him a job at what age 22? Shouldn't he be called kid, rookie, non-military since he did not serve. Pi fits all the steriotypes given to Trader and West pilots.

Pi Brat is well known amongst our ranks as a slick snake in the grass. Trader is not pro-west, he irritates the hell out of Usapians for not towing the Usapian BS line of crap.

He's earned my respect for having the balls to stand up to Usapians.

I've flown with trader. I've told my own guys that they should not call him our for his Dad as his Dad was well respected and I saw no problem with trader's flying skills.
 
I guess when you tell people what they want to hear you're a great guy, when you tell them what they don't want to hear you're a snake. I can't tell you how many west guys I've had tell me "You get it!"...until I disagree.

I lived in Manhattan, the place with a beach and a view you could not afford. The East pilots there I met ID themselves as PSA, not East. 😉

Let me assure you of one thing Sir. Outside of one man, I consider my support of the C18 one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I have never caught so much grief for trying to help people.

We pushed in the alley for 27L. I didn't see many aircraft in line, so after #1 was stable I said start #2, as the aircraft had been there for over 90 min and needed a 5 min. warm up. You didn't respond to me at all. You asked ramp control how many aircraft there were in line for takeoff. I again said "Start #2, it needs a 5 min warm up." You asked why. I told you that if it had not been run in 90 min. it needed 5 min. You said "Since when?" So, for the 3rd time I said "Start the engine." 

 
That's not how I remember it.
 
I've had many Captains  thank me for for asking about the traffic for takeoff.
 
In any case you accused me of insubordination on this board which was way out of line.

If you'd asked me "Hey, what do you think about...." it would have been a whole different story. But after the 3rd time, my patience runs thin, especially when you don't know what you're doing.

If you aren't lying, then you remember the events incorrectly. I don't have the PM when you apologized, just where I refreshed your memory. My recollection is correct. Do you not remember me showing you the manual?
 
I'm sorry you get called out for things that you shouldn't be, I've defended you on those. But you were WRONG on that occasion.

I will let you go to bed now, as a reserve pilot like you are and will be for years to come,  a narrow body f/o trip will be awarded you by scheduling by the early am I am sure, maybe david braid or fergie or vasalino or mario or the like will call in sick.
