I'm quite sure all of your friends know about it!

I doubt it.

I pretty confident and don't need to make a lot of noise about challenges like Eastus who is obviously insecure. 😉

You just expect the meal to be ready and your newspaper in your chair when you get home, Archie? I'll bet Edith can't wait for your departure and has that bag packed for you at the door. 😉
Did your big brother tell you about that show? I'm sure it would have been aired to late for a kindergartner.....

I remember the show and the fact Archie had a really annoying accent and was abrasive much like Usapians. 😉

We have so far, Sport (unless you're using some sort of "pretzel logic" or some other bizzaro interpretation of those agreements - what are the odds of that? OH THE IRONY).

Now that's funny, I don't care who you are...
Yes it's a good one and Pfizer's sales should be up thanks to Fiat. Don't go on vacation without checking to make sure the prescriptions are filled.

Right Luvr?

For nearly a decade you all have begged everyone to implicitly assume Parker, Kirby, and the East conspired to violate the 2005 TA, but everyone who wasn't wearing a self-identifying loser tie understood that your premise was itself a bid to violate the 2005 TA.   No one fell for it just because Marty has Colonel Sanders Hair.   Not even Judge Silver could persuade herself to jump off that ledge with you.  Everyone, to your chagrin, abided by the 2005 TA.

You will follow the MOU, the Protocol Agreement, and the JCBA (along with everyone else) in the same exact way (to every letter), because everyone who isn't wearing a $675-i-am-a-loser tie will make you.

Your implicit assumptions will never be persuasive, even if you resort to them when you don't understand "rhetorical".

Some people think if they steal within the confines of the legal system it won't be recognized as theft .

Excellent point, and so true....

So, where is my pension, legally stolen, not rt in my view, but gone nonetheless...damn'it, sucks to be me....

So, where is the nic, legally blocked, not rt in a westies view, but blocked nonetheless.....damn'it, sucks to be awestie.....

Our legal system isn't perfect, but smarter people than me have said its the best we can expect, and supposedly better than any other... Go figure....

Westies might get it back ( the nic) soon, but I'm not placing a bet on it, could happen though.
What I know will not happen, because the company imposed the "no bump, no flush" for obvious enough reasons.... Maybe the company anticipates the nic being instituted? Who knows.....
No westie will bump or flush a bid holder from their bid position. But with displacement rights they could push into a position above an East pilot. And with rumored right sizing of PHX after 2016, getting the nic is imperative for the westies. They have given up so much ground by non participation that without the nic and displacement rights, their plummet into seniority hell will have just begun...
They should insist on the APA that it is nic or nothing. They should drive that point home. Certain westies have taken a leadership role in "schooling" the AAnatives about how the LUS operates. The LAA folks seem to be taking it to heart. Some seem real interested in being told by a westie, former alpa rep, to mind their own business, these food fights don't concern them, to just move along.

Yea, the LAA are really takin heed as to who runs the ship from now on....

Good luck to the westies, otherwise we might all be in for dire consequences... We might have to pay protect them..... Or suffer some "leet-e-gay-shun" ....

Please, would everyone at least familiarize yourselves with "McCaskill-Bond".

THERE IS NO OPTION TO NOT ACCEPT THE OUTCOME OF THE ARBITRATION.!
So, please stop askin, your makin it seem to everyone that you don't understand what your asking... It's embarrassing...

(This isn't an inhouse dispute, it's real arbitration) ok?

Thanks,

That Fiat commercial provided the material for a nice break from the normal routine around here. 😉
