I wasn't hiring, but no; you don't get the job anyway.
Hiring?
Is that how you normally get a date?

Will you abide by the MOU, Protocol Agreement, and JCBA? (Rhetorical... Of course you will but you will complain about a "nullity" for 20 or 30 years... oh the irony. 😀)cactusboy53 said:Another post full of bovine excrement. Lies, emotion, historical revision, and other typical Claxon nonsense.
Tell me Clax, will honor & abide by the LAA & LUS seniority arbitration? There are NO do-overs in FINAL & BINDING arbitration.

I've tried to not be unduly offensive here, but you're simply not my type, so no worries kid. Again" I wish you a long and happy life, but you might want to start on that path by at least trying to grow up.

No offense ....

How many catastrophic engine failures have you personally experienced that ever allowed for "a little extra power" to be had from essentially destroyed engines? I never had much luck with any with severe fan section damage myself, but your actual mileage may vary, and I'm sure we could all benefit from your vast "experience" there, so just what "spartan magic" would you have brought to the situation to instantly heal those engines, and presumably, only through the sheer might of your infantile ego, produced predictably safe levels of thrust to sustain flight to any runway? All on board 1549 survived. Permit me to doubt they'd have done so with your sort at the helm.

None taken. Have a fine day kid.

Well...apologies princess. I should have known asking anything about "how many catastrophic engine failures have you personally experienced?" must naturally seem to be "nonsense" to such as yourself and your fellow "spartans", since in your little part of Fantasyland; no such things are even possible.
Kindly indulge me with the fact that I've been flying since long before you were born, and I can sadly promise you that such things DO actually happen.
Post the link. Until then you are an unreliable crank.CactusPilot1 said:Last week's challenge:
3.8 G's, you win. "Spartans" applaud your display of airmanship.
The applause:
The plane was towed over to FedEx ramp for inspection. I seem to remember them saying it registered 3.8 the second time they hit.
Heard all 4 main tires blew, plane ferried for X-ray inspections
Heard all 4 main tires blew, plane ferried for X-ray inspections.Really? That's not a hard landing, that's a crash
Any reported injuries in this semi controlled crash?
Second time they hit? WTF.....
New AQP spot coming....how to salvage a HARD landing and 50 ft bounce,
sponsered by the bEastie Boys!
The plane will be there 1-2 weeks for repairs after a hard landing inspection revealed damage. We were in MSP today
Usually when you keep breaking your toys they take them away. But in this case the east gets rewarded. More upgrades, new hires.
PATHETIC!!! Oh well...
I was thinking the same thing H! They have a talent for destruction!
This is clearly ALPA's fault.
It was an IT issue that caused the hard landing.
Well clearly it is not the pilots fault, it never is over there.
What have they destroyed since we bought them? Something like 8 airplanes. I bet they were refined cultured and educated...the best of the best...
Second time they hit".... Oh well, they need another new bus out East for the Upgrades.
See the problem is these guys are wide body international pilots, not pilots that fly something so small it only has one aisle in it, leave that to us rookies.
I'll bet Billy Mays knows what a 3.8g landing feels like
How hard was THAT landing? Bins came off the ceiling, right?
ugh, when will it stop
You just can't fix Easties
No, you just keep rewarding them for bad behavior
I guess the east has some aversion to TOGA or going around when things start to go bad
Just like the NO NO expedite button, once committed they can not use TOGA or go around
I see you are having problems. Let me help.luvthe9 said:Post the link. Until then you are an unreliable crank.

I'm quite sure all of your friends know about it!EastCheats said:I had engine failure, single pilot, IFR conditions on takeoff, dealt with the emergency shot the approach in a Baron. I did as I was trained and I trained others as a MEI. We all have the same training at this company so I'd use the SOP's as instructed. Safety has nothing to do with fantasy.
Shooting for 14-hours, Ace? 😉
