What ever. See you at the table, Dorothy.

What?....Just "the table"?  But "Dorothy"..."you'se" can't possibly mean that we won't someday see whole platoons of mighty "spartans" picketing movie theaters when the film on 1549 comes out? Aww..C'mon here; just think what a fine impression it would make on everyone to have a contingent of proudly uniformed "soldiers" (in "Integrity Matters" T-shirts, "Liberty" ties and of course TOGA's) loudly denigrating Sulley's character...and all because he just couldn't find it in his heart to applaud your plans for magically putting yourselves 17 years ahead of your "fellow pilots", without ever working those 17 years of course. Surely the whole "rest of the world" would instantly take your "righteous" side there...No? 😉

They will live to regret their unwillingness to accept the realities of this industry....

As well as any/all aspects of reality throughout life in general, I'd think.

The final miscalculation of the Leonidas 2004 hire brain trust will soon play out.
Mitch Vasin, Eric Ferguson et al will present a list based on a prior integration that never was consummated. The JCBA they never achieved invalidated their proposal. By attempting to leapfrog east pilots by decades, they will pose a clear and direct assault on the careers of Legacy American pilots.
The west group with one base and narrow body jets will attempt to use the east as a stepping stone for their new prize- the Legacy American flying and wide body jets.
The reality is a three year east pilot makes more than a ten year west F/O.
The more senior west pilots will again have themselves locked off what they deserve by the greed of 2004 hires.
David Simmons will attempt to spin this in a different light. It will not work. Simmons is fully aware of the extreme backlash about to come from the formerly furloughed LAA pilots. Simmons knows he has to put them far down the list if he attempts to do the same to east pilots recalled 10 yrs ago. It is a dangerous position for Simmons.

Very well said and spot on Clax..

"May 9 Scott Kirby, revealed Project Zanzibar It is now beyond dispute that the junior AW pilot, Dave Odell, and 300-400 other AW F/Os hired in 2002-05 would have been furloughed absent the US merger, as AW went into Chapter 11, perhaps never to emerge."

That's quite the climb up the mythical Ghiza pyramid.

You realize that employees have access to the Crew News to check your Zanzibar accuracy or lack thereof...

I'm enjoying Trank seeing him getting his crank handed to him in the C&R's. AA pilots aren't buying his load of crap.

Trank

"So if an arbitrator tells a party they aren't getting their position, and they don't change it, that absolves the arbitrator of his responsibility of being fair?

Weak.

Trank

AA Capt
"That kind of utterly asinine and ignorant statement is why no one listens to you at the east.

Nicolau tried to tell you this but "ya just don't listen"

Just because you guys didn't get what you WANT, you label it unfair.

Children act like this. And continue to act like that for years. But usually children grow out of it.

Now, again, nothing you say or do here matters. Nothing I say or do here matters.

Let's move forward and get the SLI complete. Let's kick ass against Delta. But we cannot do it if your east reps walk out of meetings or use the $12,000,000 to continue to stall the process and sue everyone in sight."

Are you serious enough?
Your soooo doomed .....this argument is so over,...l good luck to you and yours...bidding by DOH isn't as bad as you think....you have been doing it since you were a new hire
Well then, since you are supremely confident you have nothing to worry about. WYE then do you keep crowing that it's "over", and that you have won??

BTW, the NIC is not dead (as liar-Luvr claims). It's still on Mr. Parker's desk.

Wow. That wasn't desperate, right?

Look guys! Mike is espousing the "It's not fair" argument. We haven't seen that in 2 posts. If I were you Mikey, I'd lead with that argument on the 29th. It's bound to have positive results!

David Simmons will never attempt to rebut the statement by Scott Kirby.
He knows his leader is far better educated in these matters than he himself is.
David Simmons has misrepresented the truth on a continuous basis.
“In the US Airways – America West case, it went to binding arbitration but there was a requirement as part of that that the two unions negotiate a joint contract with the company, which wasn’t done yet.
And because it wasn’t done yet, the side that didn’t like it could prevent a joint contract from getting done. And because of that, the seniority integration never happened."
Scott Kirby
Also not desperate, right? Sorry Clax, we didn't negotiate with terrorists in the past, and we're not about to start.

Indeed most children do. It's been over 8 years already; so when's your timetable set for ever growing out of it? That's obviously rhetorical, since I see yet another infantile posting from cactusboy referencing Fantasyland "terrorists". Oh well. Just have fun in PHX/"sparta" again today kids.....

Damn right. They are not to be trusted. We can see how well negotiating with terrorists has worked out with our current administration. You confront them with their failures they start building Ghiza pyramids.

Be my guest ace that was put by you guys, so sorry.

Yet more supposed "terrorists"? While I perhaps should thank you for so clearly making my point about children, well...Ya' just gotta' be kidding me kid. I'm a bit curious here though; what's the latest count for beheadings and suicide bombing losses in "sparta"?...And just what deranged school of theater arts do you little drama queens attend?

Sure it is and that desk was left behind in PHX, Dougie is in DFW, my god Doug himself told you it was dead besides Scotty, what are you smoking out there?
