Merely being absorbed into a larger corporate entity, through absolutely no/zip/zero effort or ability of your own, somehow qualifies as making "the cut" to you? Sigh...Given the "spartan's" similar psychology regarding the nic; why am I not surprised? While APA membership's a given, being the operation is a closed shop...perhaps you will still excuse my inability to see it as any grand achievement of a lifetime, as you clearly do.
