money from APA, the standard amount is all we will get, and we will have to work within that budget.
 
but thanks anyway with the entrepreneurial ideas... I'm sure ours will be drawn up in short order:
 
mimic UAL/CAL and use the slotting by equipment method. We may be able to effect some fences for a short time for the Widebodies, or protections that we get to transfer with that equipment somewhere. but, all in all, pretty simple seems to be the way arbs like it.
 
if we have something simple, try to protect the wide body flying at both sides, and protects the grandfathered pilots in the event of an equipment move. we should be close to what the arbs see as a simple and workable list.
 
the LAA will be protected all wb seats.
 
the east will be protected all wb seats.
 
the west will be protected all seats...
 
so easy a cave man can do it...!

i think that the new CnR is a colossal failure. they should let whoever is in charge of cactus pilot .com redo it immediately. maybe bring him on as a consultant with a hefty stipend.

C&R and the rest of the APA website is on it's a$$.
West hopes to empty the USAPA bank account today in CLT.
No word from anyone what happens next.

Maybe you should take your own advice.  Learn to live and grow.  Too bad it takes eight years of litigation to get you to do what you agreed to do in the first place.  The eight year delay was a win for you, however.  All the eastholes who wanted to upgrade  have had the chance to do so at the expense of west pilots.  Now it appears that stagnation will belong to the eastholes.  Too bad, so sad.  Learn to live and grow.
