The LUS-East APA-represented pilots wish to have the same consideration as the LUS-West(ie) pilots received - an APA-sanctioned committee representing their interests before the arbitration panel.
Our PHL and CLT reps should choose the pilot reps and have the same resources allocated to them as the west(ie) committee has. They should operate under the same restrictions and rules as the west(ie) committee.

The alternative is:
-DFR suit against APA
-Suit for abrogation of rights under MB against APA.
-Breach of Contract suit against AA and APA.

Who do I make the check out to?
Cheers.

Yup!  There you have it!

Not a joke in the least, bub.

You most certainly are to me kid, as I'd expect most readers to agree with. Nice try puffing up and pounding your ridiculously hollow chest though.

Sigh!..Call me should the day ever come that you're at all willing to even attempt to back up your pathetic, personal BS. I'll hardly hold my breath for a continually demonstrated COWARD to ever do such though.

It isn't like anyone would even actually be shooting at you, so no real need to wet your pants beforehand...."spartan soldier" 😉

There you have what?

1. Where do you all start sending money to finance you're pointless crusade after the West Confiscates over 4 Million Easthole Dollars for our litigation alone?

2. What kind of $675.00 tie will you be selling to finance your pointless crusade? My guess is it's going to be unfashionably wide and come with an automatic Tom Sellack Moustache.

3. You really should consider changing your tag line there NYCDouchdriver. The West Committee...(aka Leonidas) will do their best to represent your non-existant, self wounding, pilot group. You walked away, we'll do our best we can for you but bear in mine that Leonidas has no DFR to you.

4. You GO girls!!!

Yup!  There you have it![/quote

USAPA=EAST Pilots=USAPA

The East pilots had an APA sanctioned committee in place to represent their interests. The 9th assured their interests include the Nic. They elected to be non-participants. Too bad and shame on them.

Choosing a new merger committee changes nothing, except to perpetuate the USAPA mantra of "delay-delay-delay" to the detriment of the APA represented pilots at large, and the airline itself.

I hope the Arbitration Panel has this wisdom to see USAPA's latest shell game for exactly what it is and proceed accordingly.

Tis the beginning of what may well be a ten year process which will harm the west in the long run. Their choosing.

No. It'll be over Monday. That's just 48 hours...not 10 years.

Sir, could you share with those on this forum, why you were able to bid the 330 at the end of your career?  What airline did you come from previous to US Airways and how were you treated in the SLI integration?  Specifically sir why do you think you were given a decent seniority and why do you think many East pilots should be place on the bottom?

Did siding with the west pilots make your jumpseat ride to PHL more comfortable?

Rhetorical alert.

 !!
Actually, they've had to ask pilots to be patient and stop calling trying to throw money at this, so no ties needed.

As far as #3 goes, I am sure you will do nothing but further your own interests as your committee huddles to decide how much to try to wring out of this for yourselves.

A few truthes:
-The East pilot group tried repeatedly to get the West to participate in a meaningful way. You weren't interested.

-The West pilot on the Negotiating Committee knows the truth about 10H being neutral on seniority. Now he is suddenly struck dumb on the subject.

- The East pilot leadership reached out for a compromise on several occasions only to be rebuffed each time.

- "fair and equitable" can only characterize the process that gave us the NIC. Not the result.

- Your pal Johnny Mac is certainly winning you no friends on the C&R boards.

-Relative position is not the same thing as slotting by equipment.

Hope everyone enjoyed the 4th.

You know the answer to each of those questions.

Different merger complied with under then ALPA current merger policy with no objections from any party.

In a way, I feel sad for you Mike. Relegated to a life as an internet troll, likely to retire on LTD from American Airlines, never to fly an airliner again. Once this ends you will have no life at all. Just like EastUS1.

And my money is still on Doug Parker......

Do you think that the other East pilots should still give up?  Hell you have yours so why not?

What exactly is your stand?

You were not specific because it would make you look like the ass you are. I will quote my post again.  Why don't you go in your bathroom and squat when you pee while you answer all my questions.

Your thoughts please sir, specifically, stick to the questions?

Uh-huh. The 9th settled it. The West was right. USCABA is nothing but illegal organized crime. Now you have no reps in the biggest SLI in history. Guess what? Nobody cares. My guess is you all get stapled. I couldn't care less.

Maybe we will. That would certainly fit your definition of fair and equitable.

Specifically sir, where in the remedy portion of the 9th finding was the settling point?

Your thoughts please sir?
