Different merger complied with under then ALPA current merger policy with no objections from any party.

Lets recap.  You were a former PSA airline pilot.  You came to US Airways sli with a date of hire spot.  You had no pension, but one of your PSA pilots took over as the US Airways MEC leader and psa pilots were promptly given a pension from the East US Airways pile of money.  Your PSA leader took a million dollars plus out of the fund, used all his sick time up and left. 
 
alpa was behind this and approved this theft of pension money.
 
alpa and united pilots "neutrals" tried to steal US Airways pilots seniority via the nic award.  Less than two weeks after USAPA was voted in, UAL called off their merger with US Airways.  United promptly furloughed 1500 pilots that they tried to make US Airways pilots take the hit for via a merger.
