And it will never include the NIC Dave thanks to you and good ole WYE RIVER.

We already have a contract, Maroon. What on earth are talking about?
2nd biggest USAPA tool, aren't you?
Sorry Dave, you are correct. I forgot if the Nic was used on those pilots more senior and hired before another, they would not lose money when they perhaps got outbid on that 767-300 by a PHX 320 pilot, and the guy 5 yrs junior now outbid him for Christmas or summer.
You, and Metroyet are absolutely correct.
And the guy who was around at LAA much, much longer got outbid on the monthly schedule. I was, as usual, wrong.

One question. Why do you keep referring to that color?

Nobody Cares.

Correct again. Why would they care about losing money, vacation, and better schedules?

I do not know, you would have to ask the uscaba supporters who lost money, vacation and schedules by staying on LOA93 an extra 7 years in order to undercut West wages and steal jobs.

Man, did you folks screw the pooch or what.  Now you go into a SLI as the lowest paid, worst career expectation group of the bunch, making it a slam dunk for the AAPSIC to drive the Nic way down due to your low wages, minimal vacation, and crappy work rules.

Once again the east will be riding on the West's coattails.

And please do tell us all which of the 4 if any were not met, son.

No NIC for you, better get that through head.

Now junior, I am sure all 4 criteria are met in your distorted view of the world.  You may even get your En Banc.  But just so you have a heads up...if you do not, well then...I am pretty sure Silver is going to screw uscaba to the wall.

The slimmest...(or should we say slimiest) of margins went bye bye, and the courts hold such a special place for slime ball lawyers and clients who use the courts as a tactic in their offenses.

Since the inception of america west airlines, with scabbing Wein and Ansette  pilot work, you dare to throw a stone?

Your quote sir;

"7 years in order to undercut West wages".

Sir, your scab laden, drug running group of west pilots, bottom of the barrel hires.

How dare you to say so, 2004 hire sir?

america west scab wages, since their bastardized inception in 1983;

america west pilot, tony the self acclaimed Christian tbone biker, like cactusboy.
The company, should intervene on these former america west pilots mental problems, no excuses.

https://twitter.com/tbonethebiker,

Frankly, I would prefer not riding in the back of an airplane, while tony the Christian tbone biker was driving the bus.

no issue with over a thousand west pilots, younger pilots, bringing no wide body positions .
PHX 767 pilots on the certified list submitted by the West Merger Committee. I find it stunning to submit a list containing positions that have never existed to an Arbitration Panel.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. Is Tony unsafe (in your opinion ) because he made funny videos regarding USAPA's douchbaggery? Would not the metric apply to you CONSTANTLY posting those videos here (over and over and over)? Or apply to Luvr and his incessant lying?

How dare you to say so,

I dare say so, for it is a factual truth.

The east had a choice to make.  New contract, wage improvements, better schedules, more vacation.  Or; the alternative, stay on LOA93 and force separate ops.

There never was another choice.

So, my very junior, disgruntled, multi-furloughed, lowest wage earning, fellow co-worker, when are you going to get it through your pea brain that you totally blew it with the scab union experiment?  My guess would be about 30 seconds after the New American pilot seniority arbitration award is published, and you quickly go straight to your name to see how many jobs you stole, only to find out you are still just a junior rank and file pilot whose relative position slipped because of the crap career expectation you voluntarily gave yourself by staying on LOA93.

Angry little fellow!

Luv watching the westies get so upset..........

All we at U-Turn can say is: WE TOLD YOU SO!

Coming out of U-Turn retirement for one last blast: Herb Holland, for THE MIGHTY U-TURN!

"Our former MEC and our union leadership played a very high stakes game of poker by not dealing at Wye River. Freund was right, we were risking everything..and right now, it looks like we lost. They need to take responsibility for that."

All the whining you little AFO's do is never going to bring the NIC back.

Big smiles westies,

"Its time to take a good look in the rear-view mirror. If we had a single contract in place, the NIC would also be in place. Sure, we would probably still have USAPA. But long before the East removed ALPA, we would have been operating under a single contract, with the Nicolau seniority list in place. Next time you go to a training center brown bag lunch, before you go after the company and the East, keep in mind how close we were to a TA prior to the NIC. We did it to ourselves, guys."

Dave Blomgren, for the U-Turn

NEXT U-Turn: More details on what we lost and how we lost it.

"WE DID THIS TO OURSELVES, GUYS.".................. Can't argue with that!
