The person that you refer to is USAPA's attorney Szymanski.  He's the one that said the MOU was "seniority neutral".  You'll have to take up his level of inteligence with him.  The INTENT of the MOU appears to try and cheat the West (again).  Don't worry, the courts get it and are truly tired of it.  Hang in there, Buddy.  It's almost over.

As I recall, the MOU did not create a seniority list. The Nic still could be used by the arbitrators if they so desired.

He may have said that in PHX. BUT it was East AND West members of the negotiating committee that said it in CLT. East AND WEST. Right in front of your PHX reps. That WAS the stated intent. Seniority neutral.
