Are you suggesting there have been no comments in support of the West position on the C&R's? I knew you were looney but this one takes the cake.

That, I understand.

I was being facetious, but you have to admit that west support among the LAA guys is scarce.

Not at all. Unlike you, I am writing from a position of confidence.

You remind me of a lobbyist or a someone working on a campaign who appeals to the low information voter.

The hardest party of being Marty Harper must be keeping a straight face when he says this stuff.

Let me get this straight. You guys voted for the MOU because it was seniority neutral. But within a few months filed a lawsuit claiming that the the MOU breached your DFR because it abandoned the requirement to use the Nicolau award. In what universe does Neutral=using the Nicolau award?

The hardest part of being Pat Scabmanski must be wondering what AOL is going to do with the 4 million if Silver awards.

BTW, in the universe you are living in Neutral=not favoring one side of the seniority dispute.  However, once the MOU ratified, the scab union immediately became biased (not neutral) and charted a course for not using, mentioning, or acknowledging the NIC whatsoever.

You are trying to paint the West and AOL as hypocritical, when in fact it was the scab union that was hypocritical and exactly why they failed in their DFR to the West.

Frankly, if the LAA guys want to get caught up in the east v. West Nic fight, let em.  If they want to take the east side, again, let em!

When the final system list comes out, and they are pissed because of their own ignorance...well then ..just too effin bad!!

Anyone who pays $675 for a hideous $25 tie and a lawyer is a low information donator.

And anyone expecting to have dramatic change of bid status after this is all over, they are a low information gullible lawyer target.

One more thing, has anybody on the C&R boards mention Piedmont allowed nepotism?  It was a big no no at AMR.

Sorry son, whatever happened here in the past was way way better than working for a scab airline like AWA and remember that was an airline to go to is no one else woul hire you. I'll take my 34 years here over yours any day,

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

If you like sand and gravel instead of grass, and if you like cacti instead of shrubs, and you like dust instead of clear coat on your car's paint... then yeah, AWA was the place to work until you could get a good job and quit deluding yourself about the beautiful desert.

If you wear a $675 tie to work for 100 days, it comes out to only $6.75/day to protect your career from the usapa supporting scab co-worker, while advertising to same that they are lower than a picket line crossing scumbag.

The court was wrong in their ruling. They said that the west would have to counter the LAA guys and USAPA's DOH scheme. USAPA didn't propose their previous DOH list, it was completely different. NEUTRAL.

You live in the world of deception. You guys knew that the MOU did, voted for it anyway with the plan to sue over it. Huh, the same thing you have accused the east of for 8 years.

I don't think it has come up. Did you know that Piedmont had a nepotism policy?

I believe more than 50% of AWA pilots are commuters.  Unlike yours truely, they do not see the awesome beauty of the sonoran desert.  However, they all recognize they made more money, and had way more vacation and benefits then their east counterparts for the last ten years.

And, of course, to actually get hired at usair from 1987 on, one would have had to time their applications to fit within a window of when they were not in bankruptcy and furloughing.  In other words, who would have wanted to get hired at an over grown commuter with two hubs in PA, that furloughed regularly, then post 9/11 was a goner til it was acquired by the desert airline?

Hmmm, this has some similaities to the posts that have alienated the LAA guys.
