It's fully understandable that's truly the best you've got to offer, being that of yourself and the "life" you've lived;  there's clearly nothing at all you could otherwise offer in reply. One could almost feel sorry for you. No matter. Thanks again for the usual laughs kid. 😉

Nobody cares, and frankly, many on the West do not care if the new east merger committee is actually bound by the 9th's ruling.  That would be the ultimate FU though.  Having a whole new committee set up, just to find out that the 9th meant what they said about "east pilot" (not just usapa) in their ruling, having to argue for the Nic in the SLI. 
 
And yes I did read some typical trash update out of PHL about the new committee members.  Here is what I know.  They are all junior to me, on guy I believe is a very junior 3rd lister, and I am sure they are all peachy cool kids who are going to make fools of themselves with an overreaching proposal.  
 
I really hope they fire up that python computer program thingy usapa used and try to make the case usapa did,,,,,,we will tear them to shreds, yet still get them their Nic seniority.

Reading comprehension much??  No Freudian slip on my part.  The stolen "windfall" was forming usapa to avoid the Nic, strip the West of union representation, and undercut West wages so the company would push growth onto the east side of the operation.  Great plan if you like working on the commuter wages and draconian work rules of LOA93, til you find yourself going into another merger and SLI as the lowest career earning expectation group of the bunch.
 
" Billions in damages"??  Never said that.  What I said was, $1.6 Billion in damages was the threat the company faced if they ever came off their "we are neutral stance" and allowed uscaba to reorder the LCC seniority list to one other than the Nic.  Worked really well don't you think?  Paul Jones, top legal for LCC expressed it very well in his letter to the NMB that got uscaba indefinitely PARKED from contract negotiations.

You are right, I get somewhat angry at times over this whole debacle.  Then I think, what am I angry about?  I spent the 10 years as an LCC pilot as a line holding A320 Capt, making Waaayyy more than my east counterpart, probably more than most east 330 capts.  Again, that is really going to hurt the east in this SLI.  
 
Never said damages where coming.  Did say the damages would come if the company colluded with uscaba....but of course history has proven the company was smart enough to take advantage of usapa, while telling them to go pound sand.
