You would be profoundly disappointed........

Not-so-much really. Regardless of abilities aloft, or lack thereof; anyone crawling out from beneath an "internet tough guy" keyboard would at least engender some reasonable respect as a person. I'd be impressed by even that much from "Sparta's" finest "Knights". My bad; I almost forgot their "valor"-soaked and "battle"-tested claims. 😉

I see that instead received an almost immediate "minus vote"....purely on the internet, of course. Sigh...Folks....One simply couldn't make these "spartan" people up.

You have some fast fingers there Hope, .....

Be gentle. Not everyone can be as sadly "slow" (in all ways) as an AWA "spartan".

Attempted baiting offense fully intended. Wager's always open. Have a fine night little "spartan" kiddies..."knights"/"dire wolves"/self-styled-"soldiers"/whatever. One just has to laugh. 😉

No NIC and a lot more time stuck in the fishbowl, that's the bottom line. big smiles now!

"There will still be 3 committees (assuming of course the new East Committee doesn't decide to withdraw). Hearings begin September 29, with a timeline for pre-hearing submissions to hopefully be announced in the near future (it is still being negotiated). AAPSIC is not required to base its proposal upon the Nicolau Award, and the arbitration panel is not required to adopt it."

Well, with your history of identity theft, feces mailing and telephone mischief, I prefer to not have contact with the likes of you.
No poop, no theft. All a pack of lies.

"4 While enjoining the USAPA Merger Committee from participating in the McCaskill-
Bond seniority integration arbitration, except to the extent that it advocates the Nicolau
Award, the Addington majority recognized that, given the requirement of a ratification
vote by all pilots for any joint collective bargaining agreement, it was unclear whether the
Nicolau Award would have been implemented fully but for USAPA’s actions. Further,
the court expressly declined to order that an unmodified Nicolau Award be used to order
the seniority of the East and West pilots in the arbitration.

You're nothing but "poop", a would-be thief and "a pack of lies".  Get back to me if you ever grow a spine kid.

At no time has ALPA (or its successor USAPA) or the Company formally suspended negotiations for a single agreement per the terms of Section V.G of the Transition Agreement. At all times, the Company remained ready and willing to meet for further negotiations for a single agreement.

21. Following USAPA’s certification, US Airways and USAPA began meeting
regarding a single collective bargaining agreement on June 16, 2008. In the four and one-half
months since that time, the parties have since met for a total of 21 days, have passed 79 proposals
on 24 of 30 sections of the single collective bargaining agreement, and have reached tentative
agreements on four sections. On September 30, 2008, USAPA passed an initial seniority
integration proposal to US Airways. To date, the parties have scheduled six additional days
negotiations to take place before December 4, 2008. Despite these efforts with both ALPA and
USAPA, to date, the parties have not yet reached agreement on a single labor contract.

ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE MCCASKILL-BOND
BOARD OF ARBITRATION    opinion  July 2015
FOR PUBLICATION

UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS

FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT

V. CONCLUSION

Since Steele, “the duty of fair representation has stood as a bulwark to
prevent arbitrary union conduct against individuals stripped of traditional forms of
redress by the provisions of federal labor law.” Vaca, 386 U.S. at 182. USAPA
has served as the stalking horse for the East Pilots’ exclusive interests and left the
West Pilots bereft of representation. USAPA’s manifest disregard for the interests
of the West Pilots and its discriminatory conduct towards them constitutes a clear breach of duty.

Accordingly, we reverse the district court’s conclusion that USAPA did not breach its duty of fair representation and remand with instructions to enjoin USAPA from participating in the McCaskill-Bond proceedings except to the extent that USAPA will advocate the Nicolau Award

You forgot to mention screw the more senior guys at every opportunity until you are the senior guy.

3rd and 4th listers should start considering screwing you.

You are the definition of a hypocrite.

Understood that a few west pilots have intrigued you. Understand that a few west pilots have got your attention via videos or posts that ultimately get to you. Hell, the videos are pretty good, much better than any east production to date!

I'm not going to use that word destoy hopefully again because destroy is a powerful word. We just all have our limits of what is accurate versus totally uncomprehinsible.

Thanks for not using the you'se thing today too. It's a refreshing new start to this very old forum. Hopefully west guys can refrain from saying things that get under your skin.

We are close to being done with this discussion it seems. At that point, when we have nothing to debate, our world of Internet posting satisfaction will have died.

That is when I will take your challenge and shoot you out of the sky!
