Well Claxy Boy, you need to reference the material that you are quoting to make it "bona fide", otherwise I assume that you are simply typing up a pack of lies (again).  Here's an example of what I am referring to:

Yes, the ever changing shift in position which caused Judge Silver to lose patience. It will probably be on her mind since she has to deal with this subject again....

The court stated that it “has no doubt that — as is USAPA’s consistent practice — USAPA will change its position when it needs to do so to fit its hard and unyielding view on seniority. . . . The Court’s patience with USAPA has run out. . . . And when USAPA is no longer the certified representative, it must immediately stop participating in the seniority integration.”

1st, I would think the 14 guys asking AOL for financial immunity from the lawsuit are pretty desperate since the answere was....um..not only NO, but HELL  NO.
2nd, Senior East pilots looking to bid into PHX do not need to be desperate, they will get their wish very soon.

Since you were willing to scab jobs at LCC and work on LOA93 for a decade, "fair and equitable" is gonna be the Nic slotted into the AMR list at a big disadvantage to the LCC pilots.
 
 
PS. save your threats of east DFR lawsuits against the McCaskill/Bond process.  You got nothing!

West pilots think they will be bidding into CLT the day after Silver rules.  The Arbs are not required to use the Nic but Doug will be very soon.  Very soon.  Very soon.  Did you get that? Very soon.  
 
After 10 years, how soon is very soon?

Well, I suppose plan B will be to argue for a non-Nic integration.  You know?  The one where every single West Captain made substantially higher wages than their east counterpart, and had far greater career earnings expectations than any east pilot on LOA93 including those that would end up flying 330.
 
Sure, we can go with that if pressed, but for now we will stick to the "fair and equitable Nic"
