Sorry, wrong. You have scabs on your list too. The Nic is the product of a mutually agreed upon process. Period. The courts get it. The arbitrators get it. Most other airline pilots get. Bradford led you kids down a very dangerous path, and now someone is going to pay.

In terms of dates, think May 2005. That may help you get it. Ask yourself "What job did I hold in May 2005?"

Not had much luck getting LAA pilots on C&R to get it, have you? I bet that is one of the biggest surprises for people like you.

Sorry uscaba supporter, my upgrade happened long ago, well before the merger.  The scab union was unable to knock me out of the seat for you to steal it.
 
Now some of my West co-workers were not so lucky, they had their Captain seats and jobs stolen by the scab union.  I suspect those who have not already will requal by the end of the year.
