Now, if you would like to compare W2s for the last decade...(I already called out another east poster who declined for obvious reasons) we can all laugh at how silly you look trying to dis the West's pay and work rules, when for an entire DECADE the West made more than you while having to work less to get it!

The appeals court ordered money will come out of the USAPA treasury irrespective of west or East, after marty runs the bill up.  The only loss to East pilots will be a 1000 dollar refund, it pales in comparison to marios 7 "tousands per month" loss.    

 
A whole...Gasp!...Choke! 1,000 dollar refund forever lost?...That's not even a worthwhile hand of blackjack. The "army of leonidas" has proved a most worthy foe indeed. 😉

I believe I said $1.6 billion in damages.  That would be the RICO treble award if the company was found in collusion with uscaba.  It was a huge hammer the West held.  That is why the company never even tried to negotiate with uscaba.....um...EVER.  You were inconsequential, and locked contractually to LOA93.  Now gee...I wonder why the company has also sided with the West's point of view on every step to date of the SLI?

"You'se" would first have had to gain some both financial and situational awareness beyond the limits of your own nose, not to mention at least some slight education in business, to even begin to understand management's machinations there. Aww...just nevermind child.I've no doubt the whole world sees the PHX "pilots" as truly "special" (I'd have to agree there), noble and worthy....Sigh. The appeals court ordered money will come out of the uscaba treasury if there is any money left to come out of...the ask from AOL is going to be a little more than $4 million.
 
Any money awarded from judge Conrad in NC will also come out of the uscaba treasury if there is any money left.  Not quite sure what the ask there will be, but I do know that uscaba collected around $1.5 million from the West in just the merger fund assesment.  So that is a given $1.5 million uscaba owes the West.  Plus, we are gonna get back our share of any money uscaba spent on the east merger committee, lets call that around $500k.  Plus, we are gonna get back ALL the money collected in dues from the West and spent by the scab union in the mini arbitration, the NC lawsuit, and the Bollmeier case.  Probably around another $1 million or so.
 
Add it all up.  Roughly $7 million.  That looks more like $2000/east pilot or $500k/named defendant in Conrad's court.
 
oh, and BTW...You still have not bothered to look at that MIT wage table have you?  It clearly shows east as the lowest paid pilots on the chart in 2006!!  Of course low pay beats NO pay, which was where you were headed had AWA not acquired  Airways.

In full fairness there; since none have yet posted any (however patently absurd) at all supportive estimation of your self-fantasized "wit" to even that extent, well, except for yourself, of course....I suspect judgment's best left to any/all readers.
 
Cheer up kid. Such innocents as "you'se" have only even survived this far in life through the happy timing of both Darwin and the "Fates and Furies" all being obviously too busy with some luncheon engagement elsewhere anyway. 😉
