Well this is the guy that after we signed this POS JCBA, now it's time to work on getting a Delta contract, clueless.

The first word that came to my mind was "clueless", the second was "complicit", but what do I know.

I now understand the affection some had for the immediacy of the old fashioned duel.  

 
What would even be the possible point of reviving the Code Duello with the "integrity"-saturated "spartan soldiers" in their little Fantasyland "army" that post here? They're not even up to so much as a purely recreational wager. No point in even imagining such kids in any potentially harsh situation whatsoever...especially were no nurturing lawyers/arbitrators/whatever near at hand. Just enjoy the laughs they provide. 🙂

Now ole uscaba is going to learn how come they owe the West $4 million ( a mere fraction of the $12 million uscaba spent) to pay for plaintiff's legal fees for the 7 years of litigation the West was forced to endure to teach a scab union a very simple labor law lesson.
 
I think all LCC pilots that uscaba represented have "benefited" from the legal system shining a bright light of justice on a union's DFR.

Ever think that what might be holding Wilson and the APA back was the fact that they inherited a pilot group (east on LOA93) with the worst contract in the industry?
 
Had the east not been on such a dismal contract, perhaps we could have salvaged some of the far superior West work rules in the new JCBA.
