Btw, the new rumor in Phoenix is that Vaselino and Johnny Mac are taking human growth hormone.  ......

Umm...In some vain attempt to actually even impersonate functional human beings, one must assume? 😉 Hmm...along those lines; has anyone kindly suggested testosterone therapy to "cap'n aux" and capt Gay yet? Perhaps it's not entirely too late. After all; where there's life, there's always hope. 🙂

No no, you are the scabs not the east that has already been established way back, you can't change your history now. Just be proud of your heritage........ And always remember you turned the NIC down at WYE......dumb move
All you boys won was more time in the fishbowl, you cracking me up today
. Dumbass still in fantasyland, making up history as he waddles along.

. Yeah. I am way senior to you on that proposal, Mike.

A proposal and I'd think perhaps $4 might get you a Starbucks coffee. Meanwhile: How's that 757 wannabe bid actually working out for "you'se" kid? 😉

"Yeah. I am way senior to you..." I doubt you were even far out of diapers when I was awarded Wings, so get over yourself punk. No even slight semblance of a "man" ever claims to anything he didn't personally earn....Period.

And if we're suddenly on some first-name-basis: What's yours?

I did, every word. You got the injunction the 9th called for, but none of the overreach. How's that "Company you must implement the Nicolau Award today!" looking?

I'm going to try again on a few other questions. Were you a rep when the MOU process was going on? If so, did you warn the pilots that you represnted that 10h was illegal? Did you hear any of the west NAC members warn the rest of us? Did you vote for the MOU knowing that you would then turn around and claim that 10h was illegal.?

Integrity awaits.

"Integrity awaits." Indeed, but unless you're willing to settle for an "Integrity Matters" T-shirt instead, well; you're just wasting your time with these "spartans".....Just sayin'...

Hey snap, a new East bid should be out Next Friday.  What do you think you will be able to hold this time?  Oh wait.. You're still stuck in PHX for at least another year.  LOL!  I crack myself up..

And on top of that should be doing quite a bit of hiring on the east side first of the year

Stop the presses.  Didn't the 9th just rule that the company has to use the Nic on the next perm bid?  That's what I read over on AOLs website.

. Yeah, Mike, just wanted to remind you that I know who you are. I will also remind you that when the "merger" happened I was a 737 captain and you were hanging onto your job by a thread. What makes you think I didn't earn my position? Now you enjoy a captain seat at the expense of every former AWA first officer. I would say that you do not deserve your seat. When, exactly were you awarded wings? If it was when I was in diapers you would be about 80 now. Based on your number of apparent drunken posts I am willing to bet you will never live that long due to self abuse.
Back in to the proposal...... AA supporting the Nic. Love it.

This whole discussion is just noise. Actually Judge Silver's ruling was the best thing to happen to the West pilots.

Now the arbitration can go on without any restriction on the East committee's advocacy. They won't convince anyone of anything but at least they have their say.

There is no third party that has looked at this and not seen through the East/USAPA's sad little games. The arbitrators will see through it also. The Nicolau list will be used to integrate the East/West and then the final integration will look a lot like the West proposal, it's the only one with any degree of reality in it.

The rest is just noise.

The only thing certain about arbitration is that those who predict the most precise outcome are the same ones who will find the actual result is farthest from their expectation.

Noise is what will be heard from the most shocked, surprised, and disappointed after the result is published.

Now, I may be "cherry picking" but.....

US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit                                                                       26 June 2015

“…USAPA has served as the stalking horse for the East Pilots’ exclusive interests and left the West Pilots bereft of representation.  USAPA’s manifest disregard for the interests of the West Pilots and its discriminatory conduct towards them constitutes a clear breach of duty.  Accordingly, we reverse the district court’s conclusion that USAPA did not breach its duty of fair representation, and remand with instructions to enjoin USAPA from participating in the McCaskill-Bond proceedings except to the extent that USAPA will advocate the Nicolau Award..”

“….This means that the new East Pilots Merger Committee will have to decide whether it is, in face, subject to the injunction….But if the members of the new committee are working with USAPA or USAPA’s agents, the injunction shall prohibit the new committee from advocating something other than the Nicolau Award.  Members of the new committee working in concert with USAPA who advocate something other than the Nicolau Award will be subject to contempt sanctions.  The new committee members and their counsel must decide, at their substantial peril, whether they are subject to the injunction…”
