Johnny Boy.  I searched the PHX base list, and found NO Dan Cloud.  I "googled" Dan Cloud & AWA and found no reference.  I'm sure there's no "video" of a Dan Cloud enticing pilots "down-under".  I guess that's a polite way of asking "What the Hell are you talking about?"

Oh,.....I get it now.  You're reaching into the PAST to describe some sort of event/person that is NO LONGER HERE.  You see, Ames is a RESPECTED pilot in the Phoenix base.  You might be unfamiliar with the word: RESPECT.  It's a lot like INTEGRITY.  Ooops.  You're not familiar with that one either, are you.

The fact you were a domicile rep speaks volumes to the success of your leadership. (Sarcasm)
You had no business being involved with issues and laws of labor far above your limited comprehension. You allowed pilot amateurs ( Ferguson, Koontz, Vasin) to use their limited understanding to hire another attorney of limited labor comprehension. This resulted in almost a decade of labor strife and discord, as well as no contractual gains for your constituents.
Time and trials have proved your incompetence. Now you use personal attacks to cover for the fact you were defeated in legal venue time and again. You were told by the messengers that you were on shaky legal footing, yet you continued without compromise. No cheat, all legal. There was no cheating other than your feeble minded attempt to label a legal defeat as cheating. You even make a mockery of legal methodology when it fails to serve your warped ideas.
Pathetic.
Please read the resume of Mitch Vasin again. To rely on Vasin and his legal footing was a colossal mistake.

This whole discussion is just noise. Actually Judge Silver's ruling was the best thing to happen to the West pilots.Now the arbitration can go on without any restriction on the East committee's advocacy. They won't convince anyone of anything but at least they have their say.There is no third party that has looked at this and not seen through the East/USAPA's sad little games. The arbitrators will see through it also. The Nicolau list will be used to integrate the East/West and then the final integration will look a lot like the West proposal, it's the only one with any degree of reality in it.The rest is just noise.

Another one of absolutely no business being involved. Just enough half a$$ed ALPA " schooling" to make him dangerous. You blew it as well Oscar.

Yes it's very old, luv the old stuff..........but the way we see it out here you're the only one crying and we all know WYE!!!!!.........lots of movement come the first of the year......WYE you chose not to participate........go figure......big smiles.
