The fact you were a domicile rep speaks volumes to the success of your leadership. (Sarcasm)
You had no business being involved with issues and laws of labor far above your limited comprehension. You allowed pilot amateurs ( Ferguson, Koontz, Vasin) to use their limited understanding to hire another attorney of limited labor comprehension. This resulted in almost a decade of labor strife and discord, as well as no contractual gains for your constituents.
Time and trials have proved your incompetence. Now you use personal attacks to cover for the fact you were defeated in legal venue time and again. You were told by the messengers that you were on shaky legal footing, yet you continued without compromise. No cheat, all legal. There was no cheating other than your feeble minded attempt to label a legal defeat as cheating. You even make a mockery of legal methodology when it fails to serve your warped ideas.
Pathetic.
Please read the resume of Mitch Vasin again. To rely on Vasin and his legal footing was a colossal mistake.

Smack down, OUCH!

Stil no update from Leonidas about what Silver ruled (it caused quite a perturbation in the water over at the Fish Bowl. The Silver order caught them completely off guard.  They were busy preparing for oral arguments.).... As a result of the perturbation, there is a strong disagreement among the tropical fish about which way to swim next... (swim clockwise or counterclockwise) ...  Some believe it most prudent to drop the court approach and get on with the arbitration hearings, but others are strongly in favor of going back to the 9th to try to overturn what they believe to be serious procedural errors (Nic or nothing still).

Until the two opposing sides of Leonidas can come to an agreement (to swim the same direction) they can't put out a meaningful update.   Meanwhile the BOA is busy playing golf to prepare themselves for the boring hearings that await.

No no, you are the scabs not the east that has already been established way back, you can't change your history now. Just be proud of your heritage........ And always remember you turned the NIC down at WYE......dumb move

All you boys won was more time in the fishbowl, you cracking me up today

All that has been established is there were scabs on the West, (Wein, EAL, etc.)  Most retired and long gone.  While there are now some 2500 scabs on the east who hid behind an NMB election's anonymity to steal jobs from their co-workers.

So, I suggest you walk into the SLI talking of Ansett or CAL, or some other event from 25 years ago, and the West will walk in and present not only the Nic, but a finalized DFR violation ruling from the 9th in which they say the east pilots should no longer reap the benefits of USCABA's DFR violation.

PS.  You should have taken the Nic at Wye River!

When Mike Cleary got up in that crew news and accused Parker of furloughing as a negotiating tactic,,,,,I rolled on the floor busting a gut.!!

The look of total confusion on Parker's face was priceless......He was trying to figure out how to say, that the company had absolutely no intention of doing any negotiating with uscaba whatsoever, much less using furloughs as a tactic without actually saying it.

What was even funnier was that there was an east pilot who stood up and had to explain to Cleary what an idiot he was.

That had to be my favorite episodes of "as the scab union turns" saga.

Blah, blah, blah. Oh Claxy Boy, you are so utterly clueless. See you Tuesday. Be sure to play by the rules and don't get caught cheating. Judge Silver would not like that at all.

US Airways Firing Lots Of Baggage Handlers At Philly Airport
By Meg Marco August 10, 2007
US Airways is interviewing and firing baggage handlers at Philadelphia International Airport after it noticed they were falsifying overtime records.
From the Arizona Republic:
The employees, whose names were not released, were accused of obtaining managers’ computer passwords to get access to the computer system and altering records to make it look as if they had worked overtime when they did not, said Andrea Rader, a US Airways Group Inc. spokeswoman.
“We’re in the process of interviewing 100 to 150 people,” Rader said. “We fired, at this point, about 15.”
Employees intentionally locked themselves out of the system and then used a manager’s password to get back in and falsify records, Rader said. She said the process has been fixed.
We’re going to go out on a limb here and say these baggage handlers probably contributed to the Philadelphia International Airport’s reputation as the worst possible place on earth to trust with your baggage.

Nice try 700.
Your group was defecating in and stealing bags for years.
You have called this labor situation wrong for years as well.
You are very similar to Boeingboy. A lifetime spent on Airline Forums after a failed career.
