"(like the last one")? Not hardly. If "you'se" can't honestly understand the differences between then and now, (even after 8+ years) per even the MB/fed law considerations, well....this is just a futile exercise in attempting algebra instruction to pre-schoolers.
 
Perhaps you're just best "intellectually" suited to again post "heroic" posturings of how "This is Sparta!" along with infantile movie scenes.....Whatever gets "you'se" through the day son.

I'd suggest that it's likely only delayed by way of incredulous concern in whatever off-world/alien bank must needs be tasked with processing it, in that nic4us so many times posted that literally "Billions in Damages" were to be assigned...Perhaps the Bank of Fantasyland might better serve?  😉
 
Seriously though; that poor kid has some evident "issues", since even van drivers and hotel bellhops (when's the last time anyone ever saw one of those in an airline-assigned hotel?) apparently live their whole lives in seeking only better ways by which to support the "spartans" of PHX.....I wasn't at all kidding about the fully delusional and should seek therapy part.

The BOA is bound to nothing other that providing a list that is "fair & equitable". That means they could do ANYTHING with the Nicolau List: use it, not use it, massage it, go by foot size, etc. Your "feelings" about whether it's "fair" or not does not matter (again).

Pour yourself a (nother) strong one and prepare yourself for any eventually.

None can now know how this mess will work out. I rather doubt those on the US or AWA side of things will be totally thrilled with the outcome, and it's truly just a sad business that we've all spent nearly a decade now tearing each other up over an absurdly lopsided arbitration from 2007...Oh well...Such is life, I suppose.

America West Merger Committee Update
 
October 3, 2014
 
As we are certain you already know, on September 4, 2014, American
Airlines, APA, and USAPA executed a Protocol Agreement which governs
the process for seniority integration.
 
Paragraph 8 of the Protocol Agreement established a process through which former America West pilots may become recognized as a full and equal party to the seniority integration process. Under the Protocol Agreement, former America West pilots had until 14 days from the
NMBs certification of APA as the exclusive bargaining agent to request to participate in the Preliminary Arbitration. The America West Merger Committee (AWMC) requested party status from APA. We have been advised that no other group of former America West pilots claiming to represent the West Pilots has made a similar request, and the matter has been referred to a Preliminary Arbitration Board (PAB). The issue for the PAB is a simple one does APA have the discretion to appoint a WestPilots Merger Committee?
 
If the PAB decides that APA does have that
discretion, we expect that APA will appoint a West Pilots Committee that will have full party status in the Seniority List Integration process.
