Oh look guys.....the "it's not fair!" argument!  We haven't seen that in minutes.

Not since the last time one of "you'se" felt the need to anyway. Strangely enough, the only people posting "it's not fair" around here are west folks of late.

BTW, the LAST arbitration was deemed "fair and equitable" (not to mention FINAL & BINDING).
We're not the ones you have to convince!

Just trying to educate the uneducated, NGU. Believe me when I tell you, the BOA completely gets it. If in doubt, read the pre-arb transcripts (Jess Pauley - the "New Nicolau"), and the exchange in the SLI arbitration transcripts.

The West wants to use the Nic to rocket past the East and then leapfrog 10,000 reAAl pilots.

The reAAl pilots want to use the Nic to elevate the west pilots into an absurd windfall, thus necessitating a staple of all LUS pilots.

The arbs are looking for fair and equitable solutions (actually they already have the solution in mind are are just enjoying the entertainment).

The process has always been fair so what makes you think it will be any different this time? Maybe you need to work on your ability to cope with the outcome. It was not the fault of the arbitrator, rather your victim mentality. There lies the problem. USAPA was not the answer with you imposing your version of fair and equitable on West pilots. Unionism was not created to fight labor yet you used USAPA as a weapon against West pilots. I remind you that suing West pilots under a statute created to fight the mob was a bad strategy. By doing so, you put yourself in a very weak position going to arbitration with the unity destroyed. I look forward to the fair and equitable solution which results from division.

The outcome thus far's left your fine bunch fully frustrated, obviously angry and confined to your piteously self-described "fishbowl' in PHX.  Perhaps you should await the eventual outcome before typically just spouting off yet more infantile BS....Just sayin'...

Speaking of infantile nonsense; "I look forward to the fair and equitable solution which results from division."  Just exactly how does sadly obvious employee group "division" in any way facilitate the concept of "fair and equitable" in your estimation? Maybe I'm simply being unusually obtuse here, but I'm a bit unclear how cheerleading for "the unity destroyed" enhances any argument for "fair and equitable"...? Do any of you fine "spartan soldiers"/childish village idiots ever even attempt cogent "thought" of any kind prior to otherwise just drooling away on "you'se" keyboards?

Aw heck. What do I know? I'm still a bit unclear about how wearing a "liberty" tie, proudly "designed by the Army of Leonidas" for the sole purpose of funding some corporate seniority squabble magically makes anyone a supposed "patriot".  It might help if some mighty "spartan soldier" would kindly take the time to explain that to us all....?

Name one accusation in the complaint that was not true.

Your witness sir.

On another note they again nullified that bid because about 6 + 330 Capts and 7i caps were retired and showing up on the alignment a month since retired! Check ur cbs! Oh well!

You left out my NRA life membership in your description. Did Greenwich Village run out of your medical Mary Jane? If it's NBC, it's liberal.

Yup!  I still get "America's 1st Freedom" delivered to my home every month.

Just because a troglodyte doesn't believe it does not make it untrue.

Bring your Mary Jane to Phoenix. We have the best sheriff in the country to fit you in some pink underwear and put you in a tent with your new boyfriend.

You'd probably like that, wouldn't you?

Hey....you're the one hanging out in PHX.

We don't have that here.

Funny, you seem to know a lot about it.

Before you get all too much "macho" and excessively puffed up little "spartan" child; please DO tell us all more about your personal Service to our Nation, "liberty" tie "patriot", or at least mighty elk hunting experiences...especially the part about the elks ever shooting back? 😉 "You'd probably like that, wouldn't you?" I'd guess at least a fifty-fifty chance "you'se" would wet your pants.

The very fact that you feel some strange Fantasyland need to call upon your "big brother" local sherrif to suit your childish idiocy/"fight" your "battles" for you speaks volumes about you that you never intended.

Kids like that one "live" entirely dependant on pure fantasy and delusional self "worth"...and I do realize I'm taking a great risk by offering offense to a "soldier"/"knight"/"dire wolf"/whatever in the equally imaginary "army of leonidas"...much less a "Liberty" tie-proven "patriot" of theirs, of course.
