My thoughts, Johnny Boy? You are a Web Board bully"

BTW mighty "spartans"; It just "might" not really be the true case that everyone else is just a "bully", but rather more the sad case that "you'se" are merely properly programmed widdle wussies-wimps of the "new age" that somehow imagine yourselves magically "worthy" of trophies for even "participating"....just sayin'... 😉

Rumor has it that Capt. Mike Cleary is returning to work.  I think this would be a great time for a Mike Cleary quote:

“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript. The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension. The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.” No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”

Three cheers for Capt. Cleary!!  Hip Hip Hooray!

It's how money makes people feel better.

Another hopelessly naive observation from an obvious fool who's clearly never personally known people of any means. Some of the most truly "screwed-up" families I've personally seen had no problems with the wealth department.

Here's a "hint": beyond basic food/shelter/etc...the finest possible combination of human beings tending at all towards actual happiness depends on mutual love...only/period.

Carry on "LT Hardy"...You truly do live in Fantasyland. I'd guess one could drop a whole pallet of gold bullion bars on your doorstep...and you would still be an utterly miserable idiot.

"I'd guess one could drop a whole pallet of gold bullion bars on your doorstep...and you would still be an utterly miserable idiot." I rest my case.  Well "LT Hardy": Perhaps you should first try someday actually having "money" and then get back to us all as to how it cured all your sad little personal ills and made the whole world a perfect place to live in. Heck; perhaps you could at least even finally buy a television. 😉 I've noticed precious little difference in the actual happiness of families just barely able to take care of their own needs and even the very best products of far more wealthy friends. Difficulties often arise in families who'se children know from birth that they've never any real need to fend for themselves. Privelged familes who uphold any stringent standards for their kids are hardly the norm.

No dogfight challenge tonight?

Why even bother? As desperately and pathetically obsessed with money as you clearly are: I doubt you could afford it.

Hint: All of us have but a finite number of available heartbeats...and only the most truly foolish village idiots would ever waste them in the excessive pursuit of material possessions....just sayin'. Toys are just toys, and a bigger home to have's just a longer walk to the next room. The People in your life's all that really matters....trust me on at least that much.

It's funny how the power of money can heal some people.

P.S. Sigh!...You really haven't even the slightest clue about this "Life" thing, do you? Small wonder you've so easilly taken on your earlier mantle of some foolish little imaginary "hero" in just a Bruce Willis/Hollywierd move fantasy..."LT Hardy"....

“…USAPA has served as the stalking horse for the East Pilots’ exclusive interests and left the West Pilots bereft of representation.  USAPA’s manifest disregard for the interests of the West Pilots and its discriminatory conduct towards them constitutes a clear breach of duty.  Accordingly, we reverse the district court’s conclusion that USAPA did not breach its duty of fair representation, and remand with instructions to enjoin USAPA from participating in the McCaskill-Bond proceedings except to the extent that USAPA will advocate the Nicolau Award..”

Does anyone know if our Pilot 401ks are on a new sight location or the balances missing due to a changeover?

I just talked to a Fidelity AA representative.  The 401K is still being transferred to the new accounts.  Balance should show up by Wednesday or Thursday this week.
