Well, these things take time.  We're in Judge Silver's court on Friday.  We expect a ruling from her sometime after that.  I think Judge Conrad will wait to see what / how Judge Silver rules.  We asked for a slight delay, as there was a wealth of information / documentation that we needed to gleen over. 
 
In the meantime USAPA is banned from spending any money unnecessarily and from other actions.
