2) I'd thought that USAPA was supposed to vaporize the moment the APA took over, and that all funds woud be magically and instantly returned to "you'se". What happened to all that?

How about dealing with facts. If you want to get an indication of who is telling the truth, review the last comments of the USAPA attorney-Pat at 28:45 vs Harper's closing at 44 minutes. Justice Tashima explains to Pat that USAPA could face an injunction and he backpedals and yields to the company attorney who is more than happy to let Pat talk himself in a hole. Harper on the other hand explains how the West pilots were deceived by USAPA during the road shows. The East pilots being told the Nic was dead and telling West pilots the MOU ratification was seniority neutral. It's backed up by Judge Silver's opinion.

Was it really expecting far too much from "you'se" to assume that you might actually read and at least try to comprehend the verbage within the MOU? If you were indeed "deceived" you need look no farther for blame than your now apparently professed, wholesale illiteracy.
 
P.S. What's your alleged "leadership's" excuse(s) for evidently being so easily gulled/played-for-fools and "deceived"? Is it now your contention that not just your "soldiers" but that none of your "leaders" can read either? The only deception going on is the perpetual self deception of a few obsessed with ignoring the consequences of voting "yes" over and over again to every contract negotiated and proposed by APA/USAPA...and yet demanding an outcome that could have only come about by voting "no" (at least once).

It could have been different just like things could have been different in front of Nic if the east had not been unwavering in their insistence for DOH...

What do the west expect in front of a three panel arbitration if they themselves still insist on continueing to be intransigent after so long a time before so many courts, negotiators, mediators, and arbitrators?
