I'm curious what the flight crew looks today. I'm currently on vacation and too busy to go to the airport. I really like the male uniforms.

I was off today so I didnt get to wear my new uniform, but had to run some errands and one was to deliver something to the airport so I got to check them out. Overall, they looked very nice. Even the newbies had on their new uniform. It was nice seeing (almost) everyone in a uniform and not whatever they threw together. There were three girls wearing the new dress and they pulled it off. Didnt really have a chance to look and critique everyone, but what I saw was definitely better than what everyone was in yesterday!

Actually, the size is not the problem, it's the syling. If I may say so myself, I have a pretty darn good figure--still a size 6--which some would consider good for a chick in her 40's--no back fat or jelly rolls here. Basically, the dress is just plain ugly and looks like a blue polyester garbage bag.

If a person feels they look like hell in an outfit/dress then they don't buy it--correct? It doesn't make them feel good about themselves if they don't like the way they look. That's the way I feel about the new uniform. Just wait until you start to wash them and they start to fall apart. Already, the blouses have shrunk. In addition, what was the uniform committee thinking having most of the pieces dry clean only? Sorry, after all the paycuts and no more cleaning allowance in our contract, I can't afford the dry cleaners every week or two.

And as far as the oink goes----(how nice and personal was that to say??)---there's none here but there are plenty out there on the line. What's the saying---you can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig.

The New Uniform looks great. I really enjoyed seeing CLT working it out yesterday. Mind you some people still had on the drab look but all in all, those that had on their new Uniforms looked fierce! Oh, and was it just me or did everyone wearing the new uniform seem to have a sparkle in their eye?? Someone call Nina Garcia and Heidi Klum!
