Maybe if the sandcastle would start treating the employees in Phl like human beings and not like animals things would change. As far as what they are hiring, it comes with the salary. For the most part, no matter how unskilled you are you can be trained. Training is non existant on the job. Each manager has different ideas on how to run an airline. Half the management team when put together and quizzed would be unable to tell you what type of aircraft is sitting at each departure gate. They terrorize the good and reward the evil. These new young hires are like sponges that are willing and able to learn their jobs. It is just not out there for them to find. So, before everyone starts slashing the "thug" word, take into consideration that when your treated like animals, animals you become.
