I know that for a fact..

some was terminated 2 yrs ago..CWA had this person sign for no representation when she returned. ..They watched her like a hawk!

Another way to terminate her a 2nd time..and yes it did happen..

Pathetic.

Down the Road CWA..Pay isnt everything.

And Fleet will be on their second CBA since the merger, with raises and a pension.
 
They are going into Section 6 negotiations this year, and all ready have had raises in the post merger CBA.

Accrued sick leave is used to compensate employees for
absences due to personal illness or injury only (off the job).
Sick leave will not be used to supplement statutory benefits
for OI. Employees eligible to use accrued sick time will be
paid at fifty percent (50%) of the employee's scheduled
hours for the first three (3) days of each occurrence and
decremented at a fifty percent (50%) rate. Full-time
employees who have eight hundred (800) or more hours in
their sick leave bank on the date of the sick leave occurrence
and part-time employees who have one hundred (100) or
more days in their sick leave bank on the date of the sick
occurrence will be paid one hundred (100 %) percent and
decremented one hundred (100 %) percent from their sick
 
And the IAM workers have had raises and a pension and you have had nothing.

And you had the same sick time until this years, nothing to brag about, no pension, no new CBA, two different unions representing one group, both the ibt and cwa caved after US threatened to make the employees vote between the ibt and cwa.

You must be totally confused, the IAM and IBT issue between CO and UA ramp has not been addressed nor settled, single carrier status hasnt been filed yet and the ibt just got their first POS cba, go over to their board and read it, they said its horrible, compared to a bankrupted negotiated CBA over at UA.

And DL and NW is settled, the employees in all groups except pilots and dispatchers voted to go non-union, including your CWA-AFA flight attendants.
 
After the IAM was certified for west and east, they negotiated a new CBA, and now they are going into Section 6 Negotiations, they will have had two CBAs since the merger and you havent even had one.

I would NOT ENDORSE either one!

And how well did that work out for the Ramp at HP?

And go look at the AA boards and see how well they like them?
