Oh I realize it is probably a thankless job and there is one scheduler well OK, two one is lady with a name that starts with a J and one is a guy with name that starts with a R. Both are always really nice to me and I always go out of my way to be nice to them too. They answer any questions I have and always makes sense when they tell me why they are doing what they are doing, and I am always happy to help them out. However, there is one women, with a name that starts with a L that is a total wench and if I ever see her in a crosswalk I am speeding up....she was fired once because she is such a b1tch somehow ended up back.
Both (J and R) are active flight attendant with HP. They know and understand, since they are walking in our shoes.
Your more than welcome to take a position in scheduling when one comes available if you think you can do it better.
Also scheduling does not grant VLOA's. That is granted by the company. And when we see how many they give we are just as puzzled.
I am sorry tho disaggree here. I asked "the company" why we have VLOA, when we are always critical". Guess what was the answer: "It is not us, it is the scheduling who decides on these kind of issues. " Question: who is telling the truth?
