Any negotiation committee who returns a T.A. which mirriors the HA agreement should consider the following... tar costs $147/5-gallon bucket, feathers costs $100/25 pound bag, and a one-way CTA rail fare from ORD to the IAM 141 district headquarters costs only $2.25.
