Nah, it's not about answering to me, it's about participating in the union and everyone answering to eachother and responding. For instance, if I organize an informational picket, I think you will respond, or at least I would hope so.

Well, I'm not sure who is going to win the Presidency, and I certainly have alot of work to do. But over the past 30 days we have shifted more support at this point to Occupy 141 than we had originally planned. I'm definately not embarassed, actually I am quite humbled that we secured the trust of each US AIRWAYS hub local with their endorsement over the establishment.

Amazingly, in such short order, we also secured 25% more vote at United's two biggest stations, i.e., IAH and EWR, than Delaney. In fact, today in EWR, Delaney only obtained 3 votes in a rather dismal showing at the second biggest station at United. Our support is building as our message is heard.

Again, lots of hard work to do though and June is a long way off.

That is the most truthfull statement you had made to date. Although in your post #670, you said "When I am President". I sincerely hope that does not come to pass.

Would this be before or after the election? Because if it is before, I will pass. Your information tends to be just that. YOURS. Not anybody elses. Your spin, your opinion, your everything. Not very informational in my book. If its after, well, that is yet to be determined now isn't it.

both your slate and occupy 141 did much better than Delaney's totals from the two biggest UA hubs. ND finished in last. At US AIRWAYS hubs, Delaney got crushed although some of the US AIRWAYS AGC's got some nominations. I think things will get even more interesting in June.

How many have been shop stewards?
How many have GC experience?
How many have experience with step 3 hearings, other than the other TN?

Delaney > Canale
Myself along with all the hubs at US AIRWAYS and all the hubs at United realized this. I haven't heard anyone say that it was a mistake to get rid of Canale. Delaney was the only other choice at the time. I would have loved to have a US AIRWAYS member step up because the bigger problem for our US AIRWAYS members is that our members have only been second best. Grievances shouldn't take 2+ years and there isn't any reason why US AIRWAYS members have to be restricted with a limited amount of AGC's. Superman can be your AGC but if he doesn't have the resources given, he himself wouldn't be able to process the grievances any faster.

Occupy 141 is fair to US AIRWAYS members and recognizes the disparity between United and US AIRWAYS, so we have addressed this explicitly by allowing 8 US AIRWAYS AGC's, and 11 total US AIRWAYS members on the ballot. The other two tickets do not have the same sorta commitment. The ND pinched one more US AIRWAYS position on its ballot and swung that to United, so if we keep ND there will be even less resources given and that is a fact that is represented on the ballot. Grievances could go from 2 years to maybe 3 years to be processed. And the other UA president that is running doesn't have one single AGC in PHL or PHX [her AGC in PHX openly pledged to Delaney in PHX] and only has 4 total AGC's, not sure if any of them are 4 year AGC's, dunno. So, there is a reason why Occupy 141 has collected the vast support of US AIRWAYS hubs and it has everything to do with the commitment we have to the US AIRWAYS members.
