We should never assume any vote for representation to be a "slam dunk". How did the DL/NW vote work out? Already had NW under the IAM, and DL has been very close on its own votes... and the results? IAM down in flames. I know a couple of FSAs at DL and I told them that the pay was much better under an IAM contract, job security, and there would be a pension... didn't matter, they were against unions, in general. So let's give some credit where it is due to Tim.
Also, instead of pages of attacking Tim, how about the accomplishments and successes of RD and New Direction under his leadership? Tough to defend the HAL agreement. No explanation on the lack of progress with the attendance policy. Frankly, there is a real lack of communication, in general, from the New Direction team in terms of its decisions.
So Requests Jester.
