700 while it was the majoritiy who voted the nd team in everyone who voted for them figured that "ok may be this time they will deliver" but in actuallity in the four years that they have been in office they got a deal with Hawaiian but with agreements becoming amendable and the issue with the 2% raise in July they, in my honest opinion, should have done something a long long time ago. They should also have been able to diminish the backlog of grievances too. If some of those things or all of those things been done or atleast started maybe there wouldnt have been the new orginzation trying to win election and kick out the ND team

the issue and question that has been asked by a number of posters is what has Delaney done to be re elected? no closest I have see is that either he is not Tim or he needs more time. It's kind of like the POTUS I haven't see any reason to reelect him either.

I know the answer that you are fishing for. Is it safe to say that Canale had to go, and at the time Delany talked a. Good show? I have supported people who I thought would do a good job, but later found out different. Once Delany showed his true colors, some that supported him did an about face. I have no problem with that, at least they realized their mistakes.

1. They set up mediations to clear cases because arbitrations are too slow and costly. Something like 10-15 jobs won, someone else may have exact number.

2. I posted negotiations updates from web site a few weeks ago and was thanked by several of the anti ND people asking where I got information which I replied iam141.org. I keep hearing no communication but I find information on web site.

3. They haven't had a chance to negotiate contracts at UA or US and I have faith that they will bring back good contracts.

4. They are experienced compared to what I have seen so far in other groups.

5. TN is a bi-polar, narcissistic individual I wiill NEVER trust or support.

6. Don't know other candidate other than they were part of Canale's group.

Some of you just seem to be haters of the ND or IAM in general and this is disconcerting considering our careers are at stake. Get involved. I have called MF and NH in the past and they got back to me. Do you people hate life and want to destroy everything around you?

I have to admit. This election is quite a quagmire . I have a feeling that in 4 yrs you will be asking the same question. " What has ???? ( if not the ND ) done for me in the last 4 yrs? ". you could be right, I tend to be pretty cynical of politicians in general and this is no differnt

The difference is… they don’t come on here and brag and blow about it! And how's that Attendance policy working out? And who wants to take "credit" for the HAL deal? And how did the 2% disagreement become arbitrated? Car 54 and his cronies won't step-up for any of these questions.

Recently, I spoke an IAM shop steward not part of an airline, and they do not seem to have nearly the same problems as we experience within our organization and with our current leadership.

I am trying to address the questions you posted. Accountability and Dues reform is the name of a committee proposed to oversee AGC accountability and their expenses. This committee's task would be inclusive of Items 3,4,5,6 & 8. If some of these cost items to the district can be reduced or eliminated it would be the intent of the committee, based on recommendations, to reduce District Per Capita Tax. I'm sorry you take my answer as a generic non answer but I believe the plan is pretty straight forward on what we would like to accomplish. Your questions really aren't that hard. I couldn't help but notice your negative comments about me at the end of your post. You are going in the direction I thought you would.
