Fleet Service apathy

1. They set up mediations to clear cases because arbitrations are too slow and costly. Something like 10-15 jobs won, someone else may have exact number.

2. I posted negotiations updates from web site a few weeks ago and was thanked by several of the anti ND people asking where I got information which I replied iam141.org. I keep hearing no communication but I find information on web site.

3. They haven't had a chance to negotiate contracts at UA or US and I have faith that they will bring back good contracts.

4. They are experienced compared to what I have seen so far in other groups.

5. TN is a bi-polar, narcissistic individual I wiill NEVER trust or support.

6. Don't know other candidate other than they were part of Canale's group.

Some of you just seem to be haters of the ND or IAM in general and this is disconcerting considering our careers are at stake. Get involved. I have called MF and NH in the past and they got back to me. Do you people hate life and want to destroy everything around you?

Lets see if you can answer questions regarding the LfP platform.

Item 1. How will you reform the dues? Are the dues not governed by the GL? And I wish we had an electronic tracking system, and an AGC performance review 4 years ago, maybe MW wouldn't have gotten away with how he did the membership a disservice and been held accoultable for his inactions.

Item 3. What kind of salary restructuring? Pay cut or pay raise? What exactly are the realities of the industry? Are you saying that the pay for District Officers will be seniority based? Does there have to be a by-law change to accomplish this salary restrucuring?

Item 4. What is a premium contribution requirement? Will the officers be "forced to pay"?

Item 10. How exactly will you establish this? What would the structure and composition be exactly?

Item 12. How is this related to item 3? And if someone is appointed aren't they in office until the next election? So please explain how Item 3 would affect the appointee?

Still generic answers. If you percieved it as bashing, thats on you. You are the one running, you should be able to explain and answer these questions. The way you answered reeks of the old canoli way of doing things. And with MW on your ticket, well, I'm just saying. If you can't handle a little web board bashing, how are you going to handle real world breakroom bashing in person? Did you not expect to be scrutinized? Bashed? Praised? Either way I got the answer that I expected, and IMO, you are not capable of being an AGC.

In case you have been missing it, our azzes have been handed back to us several times over the years. If anyone wants to support a guy that was at the helm for the inception of the current attendance policy, and the guy who made a back door deal having to do with prematurely outsourcing UNION jobs, go for it. Everyone boasts the "Experience" line, even though that has done nothing for the membership to date. Yea, I have an experienced mechanic for you, but he does half-assed work...Very comforting to say the least. Having experience is one thing, and using it towards the membership is another.

I will ask you again. What experience does the candidates on your slate running for AGC have. Especially the ones from the hubs CLT, PHL, and PHX. Do they have any step 1,2,or 3 grievance hearings experience. Have they been through any training, shop steward, leadership1,2, or 3, etc. What makes them qualified for the job?

That was canoli that was there for the inception af the current attendance policy we now use, not Delany. And were you there in the room for this so called "back-door" deal. Do you have first hand knowledge that, that is in fact what happened. Otherwise it is just speculation on your part isn't it? Or maybe politically motivated perhaps?

Are you old enough to know what Kool-aid is? What is your name? What is your union affiliation? Do you pay dues? Do you know where the dues go? Whats your local number?
