mgmt. clown?

like that has accurately said EXACTLY how this quarter would shape up.

like has accurately pointed out that DL FAs have 3 times rejected union representation.

the only fear I have is that DL FAs will make a fatal decision to become union represented and in the process will give up a whole lot economically trying to chase processes from the Machinists union.

The petrification comes from those on here who might find out that the DL FAs make it 0 and 4 and the IAM is played by the DL FAs.

again, why did the AFA lose and how is the IAM with far less participation in representing FAs going to do better?

and if DL employees believe they can get a better deal with a union, they should take it.

but they need to factor in somewhere between $600-1000 per year in union dues and also need to consider that unions have not provided quantifiable value that is anywhere close to that amount for other employees compared to DL employees.

there might be a subgroup of employees who are willing to vote in a union at some level of financial cost to themselves, but there aren't many employees who will harm themselves financially just to become unionized.

further, you have yet to explain what incentive DL will have to maintain a compensation premium relative to the industry (which you have long said DL does to keep the unions out) if the unions actually are voted in.

Before a vote, there will be a whole lot of people who sit down and analyze those numbers - and the company might well help them in the decision with some of DL's "helpful" infographics.

Keep up the lies dues will be set pet the bylaws of each base and the most it will be is $60 a month and over 12,000 agree.

you do realize that there are 12 months in the year and $60/month comes out to $720/year.

how do you know "at most?" is there a cap?

and given that every other major airline union is in roughly the same amount, it is not a lie to say that DL FAs have to find at least $700 in economic value per year in order for union representation to make economic sense.

I know it is simple math but it is hardly a lie.

The problem now isn't getting people to sign a card so much as it is not to run out of them...
I guess the Machinists union is bankrolling those printing costs so they will indeed be left holding the bag if DL FAs and any other employee groups do the math and see that they can get more from Ma DL just by threatening to unionize but not actually doing it - or having to pay union dues.

Those darn Machinists. Who wants to be a Machinist when you can just continue happily along as a Stepford Wife.

Or maybe a paid Internet Troll?

wow..... so DL FAs are Stepford Wives?

that does wonders to endear the DL FAs to the union cause.

are you paid to post on the internet? I certainly am not.

30% of them or so are Stepford Wives. Black eyes and little pink dresses cooking Meat Loaf and Cookies for the Toy Maker Anderson.

If you are not paid than you must have a mental issue with how much you post and how many think your comments are stupid.

Better to admit you're paid than to admit you're nuts and maybe have to seek help.

6818 RED marks. Why do you persist Mr Anderson? Why? Why?
