never said it was never outsourced  did I    yes under our old leadership we lost a lot of stations  but under the new leadership we gained a lot back  esp in the 2014 agreement     the 08 one was far better improved over the 05 but the 14 was even better.     but unlike DL we don't have RR and all functions of the ramp is covered by mainline employees    our scope was vastly improved in 08 and even more so in 2014   Cant really say that at DL    Now if you want to compare it to UA  I agree the UA deal was bad all the way around    In that one I do blame mgmt. and the IAM folks who brought it out for a vote and blame the membership for voting it in for the money   So in reality Id say that the IAM at PMUS listened to the members and did not bring back a UA type deal   And I do believe when there is a JCBA it will even be more better and improved    esp SCOPE!

you can parse and cut all you want but DL has its own people at more stations.

and if you want to start dividing up work areas, start throwing in maintenance and above wing customer service and see how quickly things change.

you see the world thru the lens of your CBA.

DL provides more places for its own people to work than any either AA or UA. since I don't have exact numbers of mainline staffed above wing cities for DL, I can't compare DL to WN but it would not surprise me at all if DL has more stations staffed in some capacity with its own people.

Seems like the Anti-Union side is posting lies, the NMB will never contact a DL FSM and tell them to call a FA at home and tell them the NMB will be contacting them.

Signing of cards is confidential and the NMB would be in violation of the law contacting DL FSM to contact a FA who signed or didnt sign a card.

This is in the National Mediation Boards Representation manual. 3.5 Confidentiality of Authorizations Authorizations will be handled only by NMB representatives. The NMB keeps all authorizations confidential. This includes the names of individuals who have signed authorizations and the number of authorizations submitted. The carrier or opposing party or parties should not be privy to the number or percentage of authorizations furnished.

If IAM is so great, then why do they have to resort to blatent lies?

The only lie is what you posted, the OP of that post has already contacted DL HR for the harassment and bullying that is going on.  I have corresponded with her and its all on WCDFAs.

why would she being harassed if 12K FAs want a union?

and why is she turning to HR if mgmt. is the problem?

cha-ching

She is being bullied and harassed on NowayAFA or IFS360, which DL has disciplined FAs before for their posts on the pages, and if you were a FA or at least not scared to join WCDFA you would know what is going on.

Well that leaves 8,000 who dont, go checkout the koolade pages.

Just wondering...what is the mechanics of how you verify a questionable signature? Would not the NMB have to contact the person? Would they not have to get a phone number or address from the company? In that "posted Facebook page" that poster never claimed that anyone had interfered with or influenced him or her. Just that the NMB had asked for a phone number and that DL had given that information to a third party. If my employer gave out my personal info to a third party without my permission or knowledge I would be pissed.

The NMB compares all the cards signed to the employee name and signature list DL has to provide them.

No it says DL was informed by the NMB which is an outright lie and against the rules and law.

Signing a card is confidential, its between the signer and the union, and of course the NMB, they would never contact the company in regard to an employee, they would contact the employee.

Start with Section 3.5 and it goes over the procedures, its a PDF so it didnt copy correctly so I provided you the link.

The question is.... HOW do they get the info on HOW to contact that employee? Does the union have that info for employees ?

I told you.

The Company must submit a name list, with signatures, and once the election is called for the company must submit a name and address list.

Its all in the link I provided to you.

more specifically how does 700 have the information to contact a DL FA.

and yes DL doesn't tolerate employee harassment of other employees but the fact that even one DL FA is acting inappropriately says the issue is far from the universal endorsement of the desire for a union that you think it is.

The same thing happened with other union elections.

There are many, many DL people who are adamant that they do not want unions. and they are indeed the best people to speak out against what the IAM promises and what can be delivered.

it also is not a surprise that some of the most anti-union FAs came from other airlines where they were part of unions.

I dont have her information, if you could comprehend what you read World Fraudster, you would see it was posted on WCDFA and NoWayAFA.

We chatted on Facebook in the thread that she posted with the screen capture that your buddy texaspete posted.
