I am reading through DL's latest 10K report, I didnt know that the wholly owned Endeavor Air that their FAs are AFA.

And look at this too:

In addition, 210 refinery employees of Monroe are represented by the United Steel Workers under an agreement that expires on February 28, 2015. This agreement is governed by the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA") , which generally allows either party to engage in self help upon the expiration of the agreement. Formal negotiations toward a new or amended agreement have commenced.

They have performance bonus for pay? now I understand why they voted in a union. That sucks.

Scope at US can't begin to overcome the disaster at UA. Never

DL overall is reducing RJ flying and adding mainline. AA and UA are not.

As long as you want to believe that I am Leo or Ron you should not have any hope that i will respect you for who you are
Us can't cover for the "disaster" to you because 1) you can't grasp how a union works 2) because its something you run to to make your point.

I don't believe you are Ron. Ron was a fairly good person but just an idiot. I don't think thats you at all.
You are VERY comparable to Leo Mullen however. You constantly piss on labor for the greater good of Delta. Constantly try to cause a riff if the FA were to vote in a union and have an ego that is to big to fit into TOCII.
That is basically Leo Mullen.

does anyone remember when he was asked to provide a list of all the wrong doings that some posters wanted from him  or even when some folks "schooled" him about DL JV having the highest rev etc   and he got schooled yet he deflected  as typical    he is so badly wrong in a whole lot of areas
I am still waiting that FA comparison.

. Not in the same sense as the iam to be honest.
Dalpa didn't come to DL with the 717 idea it was DL that did that. But they can take credit if you want to give it to them.
Leo was fired. A distinction that no other DL CEO has. Won't see an airplane with his name on it anytime soon.
717 is replacing rj 900/700 .. rj 900/700 are replacing rj200... Thus an increase in DL flying. DL FA's were never going to do any of that rj flying until the 717 . Union or not.
Scope... DL is all about control of their product. Unlike Leo who only looked at the dollar stream. If you don't think DL and Dalpa are in concert on all this you are wrong. Not much "union" in these negotiations.
Delta came to DALPA and sucked yall into giving them almost 100 more 76 seaters to put a cap on an airplane that doesn't make economical sense anymore (or at least 300-400 of them). They carrot and sticked DALPA.

So you put a cap on flying that was going away anyways. You got airplanes you were more than likely going to get anyway. (and your JV scope still sucks too....btw)

having said all that Your scope is protecting the FAs. Delta could staff the 76 seaters with the DL FAs but they don't.

small error there. 9E (Endeavor) only has CRJ-200s and CRJ-900s.

And yet Delta has been hiring THOUSANDS of MAIN line Flight Attendants and
Continues for the forseable Future . and no we certainly don't have nearly that amount
Retiring. I wish

And how many more FAs would be needed for an additional 499 mainlane jets?

So delta should have NO connection carriers
Got it. How's that working for UAL AA?

How many is UAL hiring ? AA?

Aircraft Maintenance Materials and Outside Repairs. Aircraft maintenance materials and outside repairs consists of costs associated with maintenance of aircraft used in our operations and costs associated with maintenance sales to third parties by our MRO services business. The reduction in aircraft maintenance materials and outside repairs is primarily due to a lower volume of sales to third parties of our MRO services and the timing of maintenance events on our fleet.

nice spin but your assumptions are just that...
DL had or has no desire to put DL FA's on any aircraft not flown by DL pilots....remember Swissair...that was one of the changes after that accident
who knows what decisions would be made about those rj's if fuel had not been forecasted to stay high.
717 deal got jobs for DL not just for pilots.
Scope cuts both ways ..its up to you to determine who it works the best for.
