Just the dates is all you need to provide to prove your point that you gave DL a chance.

You have a pension too whether you have taken it or not.

I played by the rules and left on my terms when I was ready to move on.

If you have been around even half as long as you claim you have, you have passed up a whole bunch of early out programs.

Plus I have been very happy with Don's leadership and feel like he is growing the product and the brand and I don't have to worried about getting DGSed.

That said, IMO, there is a massive difference between how our respective divisions are treated. If 120 was treated with half the professional respect Tech Ops gets, I think you'd see a different dynamic playing out, and if I'm honest, I think you'd see performance jump even higher than it is now?

I flew thru a PMNW hub just in the past week, made a change to my itinerary, and watched my checked bag on the delta.com baggage tracking site.

I could have jumped out of my seat and run down to the ramp to high five the rampers when I saw the delta.com baggage tracking page say that my bag was on the plane - and it absolutely was. Of course, since I don't have a SIDA badge, I just gave them two thumbs up thru the window.

and the flight left on time and everything you could expect a ramp crew to do.

Not sure what dynamic you think needs to be improved but DL employees run an absolutely top-notch operation.

If they are disgruntled, they sure manage to do their job pretty darn well in spite of it all.
 
So are you saying those people didn't think they are treated professionally?

and people jump on my butt for saying that I speak for DL employees.

oh, how about the dates and that supposedly somewhat/maybe/ok insignificant airline union that decertified and no one noticed?

btw, you are a far better person at debate and internet chat forums than dawg.

You stated quite clearly that ....Like an STD, it is impossible to get rid of a union unless a major change of control takes place....
 
The union in question still exists
 
The airline in question still exists
 
The job group that went non-union still exists
 
There was no merger or change of control that triggered it, it was done at the memberships direction.
 
It conformed with all NMB rules.

Do you have the integrity to simply admit you are wrong? I ask again because as others have pointed out it already looks like youre dodging.

and even if it happened one time at some airline doesn't mean it can happen easily at another airline.

I don't any reason at this point to admit anything because you haven't bothered to provide any evidence.

iow, the airline union decertification is just as much as a phantom event as "I gave DL a chance"

if either existed, it would take absolutely no time to provide the evidence.
