Grassroots Efforts at DL for ACS and FAs, no personal attacks.

Insourcing has zero to do with what DL outsources.

Like dawg said they would have to build new hangars if DL overhauled and modified their fleet.

They have a viable MRO, at the expense of doing more work in-house

Why is DL using ready reserve and contractors at their own maintenance base and line stations?

Yesterday there was a summit on Workers' Empowerment. There was discussion on how union's have not been valuable. A FA from Allengient spoke about their representation by TWU."

One speaker was Megan Kelly, a flight attendant for Allegiant Air. She told the audience that she has seen no benefit from having a union. Although it is almost five years since the Transport Workers Union was voted to represent the Allegiant flight attendant group, the union has yet to secure a contract. Furthermore, even though Kelly resides in Florida, a right-to-work state, airlines fall under the jurisdiction of the Railway Labor Act, so she cannot quit the union. The Railway Labor Act does not have an opt-out clause, even in right-to-work states. The Allegiant flight attendants are now attempting to decertify the TWU."

So yes, a union can be voted in and things can grind to a halt.

For years without nothing.

No thanks .

first of all I am not a mechanic  so I cannot vouch for the power by the hour thing..   As for fleet  yes it is a fact we have the best scope and yes it does include AA metal so youre flat out wrong in that area   Second of all you do not tell me what to do dude.    our scope includes AA metal for fleet so the company cannot outsource   unlike DL       a number of cities are working both AA and LUS metal  I know bec Im in one of the stations that currently works both sides.

I didn't say what metal shows up.

Either it is a JCBA and covers AA workers or it is not. which is it?

Why do you care?
You aren't voting.
And the vote will be when there is enough cards.
Err, why do you care? Your not voting!

So if it takes 27 years to get enough cards, that when the vote will take place?

Again, it shouldn't take but a couple of months, for those interested, to sign their name on a piece of paper!

Same answer as every other time you've asked; anytime after 50%+1 has been reached.

I thought you preferred ACS to be non-union. What's your rush?

You shouldn't. Based on your behavior here, I can't imagine you being anything but a drag on the system.
"Lol."
Come on Kev, you can do better then that no?

Where's the rosey rainbows and unicorns that a union can provide propaganda?

Except when it can't.

Which is 99.99999% of the time.

5 years at Allegiant = 0

Meanwhile at DAL, no union, 14.5%

Thank you, thank you very much.....

wow... so someone that advocates for the company's direct employer-employee relationship is a drag on the system?

just wow.

I rest my case. Don't give a rip? Don't click.
If you disagree with what I wrote, feel free to share why...
You rest your case that your union drive suffers from a monumental PR disaster?

That's already apparent.
