our 2014 contract for FSA includes AA metal   do you not understand what that means?     Unlike DL  all of a ramp function is covered by mainline employees in all the stations staffed with mainline folks   I believe that when  we get a JCBA it will enhance the scope even more     right now they cannot outsource unless the mainline flight schedule goes below 1 mainline jet a day, 7 a week  for a year.   It is precisely the fact that our union stood up and fought for the savings of about 10 or so stations prior to receiving the 2014 deal     bec when AL Hemmingway handed over the deal  he wanted those stations  but our union balked and hence we got the deal and protection for 5 or so yrs     Sadly DL can and has made unilateral changes   anytime they want  as they wish    you cannot comprehend that

You rest your case that your union drive suffers from a monumental PR disaster?
That's already apparent.
The TWU over at G4 has NOTHING to do with the IAM organizing.

Try a new red herring, no wait to find a meme.

That's weird, what happen to all your pro union blah blah propeganda?

Funny how fast you and Kev recoil when hit with these inconvenient facts.

lol

You wouldn't know a fact if it smacked you right in the face.

Where is your proof of our tax dollars going to Iran?

Wheres your proof of a mechanics union is somehow different or superior then a transport union. A union that has more experience with you know.....actual transport workers.

Is there some special air or powder that IAM snorts to give them super negotiating powers over say TWU?

No. They do not.

So again as illustrated with Allegiant, a union once voted in, can do very little, or nothing at all. Despite all the promises and fairy tales told.

Hey there smarty pants, here is a fact for you.

The IAMAW represents more airline employees than any other union.

Like I said you wouldn't know a fact if it smacked you in the face.

Don't let the facts get in your way!

Mechanics? Perhaps.

Inflight? Not by a mile.

Your move.

Checkmate more airline employees than any other union.

Only mechanics is at PMUS.

Give up while you are behind.

Why does DL outsource their engines?

Why does DL outsource overhaul and most interior mods?

Why is 40% of ACS ready reserved with one raise and no benefits?

15% is greater than 10%.

Come numbers guy, let's read some more WT's Fabricated Facts.

Lets see if you can figure this one out!

Why does DL INSOURCE engines?

Why does DL INSOURCE work period?

Why is DL investing millions into one of the largest test cells in the U.S?

Why do you always tel just half of the story?

Any WHY are even mentioning PS, as before the raise, Profit Sharing were dirty words in the IAM handbook?

Let's see if you can answer this one truthfully!

Before the raise did you ever utter the words or words portending to " Profit sharing is NOT guaranteed pay and employees (and the IAM)  would much rather see a raise in their paycheck, than depend on PS!"

And don't forget the IAM scabs who crossed an AMFA picket line!

Along with pilots and AMFA's sister union the PFAA represented FAs.

Hey Kev,

You were an IAM represented at NW, did you cross a picket line?

No.

And if anyone wants to read more about that, there are literally thousands of posts on this site discussing it.
